The work took over 2 months in my very small cottage. Initially I had to move out to give the insulation team space to do the work. Eco Providers knew I had to move out of my home. They advised me that the work would take 4-5 days. Due to the surveyor, office and workmen having broken communication and the 'lead' workman not turning up, not doing a full day and not wanting to do half of the work, that part of the work took 2 weeks.
Eco Providers do not have a project manager overseeing each job. Therefore, my experience was total breakdown of communication with each team. Plumbers arriving with the wrong size heat source pump, wrong size rads, work not being completed correctly so the next team couldnt do their job. At times I felt disrespected by workmen; unacceptable.
Thankfully Jayne Ashton, working in the office, was the one consistent person I had to speak with, who showed compassion and professionalism. She demonstrated the ability to communicate across departments and helped me to get the end result Id been promised initially. At the end of the job Gav visited to do the snagging list. Gav also showed the ability to make logical decisions, the ability to communicate clearly, be respectful and professional. It was a pleasure to have Gav in my home and get the outstanding work done with ease.
I would not recommend Eco Providers to any family and friends looking to get this type of work completed. I felt they were more concerned with how good their work vans looked and their social media image than communication between surveyors, workmen and the customer.

Our team was committed to ensuring the highest quality of work, which sometimes meant taking additional time to address unexpected issues as they arose. For example, the incorrect sizing of equipment was an oversight that we aimed to correct promptly, but unfortunately, it did contribute to delays.
We also recognize that our approach to managing projects may not have met your expectations. While our team strives to communicate effectively and ensure every detail is managed, it’s possible that the coordination across different teams could have been better. We will be taking a closer look at our project management processes to prevent these types of issues from occurring in the future.
We’re glad that Jayne and Gav were able to provide some consistency and professionalism during this time. It’s important to us that, even in challenging situations, our clients feel respected and supported.

Update* we have had some issues and queries that ive been needing to discuss with this company but they wont respond to any of my emails, which i have sent from different email addresses. I have been in contact with citizens advice to escalate this matter as we have been struggling financially due to the air source heating pump they fitted. Would not recommend, my original review was given during the summer when it was fitted(it was cheap to run then as didnt really need heating) but the system is no good during the winter!
We had eco providers come to give us insulation, solar panels and a full new heating system in our home between April and may 2024.
It took around 4 weeks total for all workmen to come over and do all the work.
All the men were lovely and got us set up promptly. I would like to give a special thanks to Gavin Galahger and his lads who first came in and did all the plastering for us. They were very kind, and had an absolute laugh with them(they are bonkers)! They also went above and beyond and even fixed a few minor things around the house for us which they didn't have to do, like our kitchen door which had been broken for around 4-5 years before. Thank you! :)
Over all, after some issues such as a leaky pipe and a faulty part in the heating system(which was very promptly fixed), the work has been good. The house(which didn't have any insulation at all prior to work) now feels like a sauna to us so I'm sure it will be the warmest winter we have ever had this year, which im looking forward to.

Step 1 - external wall installation
Gary and his team did an amazing job with our installation. They overcame the ridiculous barriers in their way, communication was good and they cracked on even in the ridiculous heat. My 2 ASD children and my nervous dog (even though Gary won her over by the end) are part of the barriers 😂 but they did an amazing job and we are happy with the outcome. Thank you guys

Thank you to Leon and Antonn? who put in the insulation as they worked tirelessly to get the job finished and were meticulous in their work. Chris and Dan arrived for the boiler and performed to the same standards.
Clearly ECO Providers have clear standards and staff deliver that consistently. A painless experience which is rare in my opinion.
My only issue is my cornice is covered and wood panelling gone round my windows and that should be explained as wasn't aware the character of my house would have to go and it changes the traditional look I bought it for.

Wall installation from a great team at Eco Providers!
After the completed wall installation work from Eco Providers, we were thrilled with the work carried out by Gary, Anton and Sam from Eco Providers.
At the start of the project, I was extremely worried about how everything would turn out, given the age and unique challenges of my home. However, those worries quickly faded as the team demonstrated an incredible level of care and attention to detail that truly exceeded my expectations.
Working on an older home can be challenging, but Gary, and his team went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of the project was handled with the utmost precision and respect for the original structure. Their craftsmanship was outstanding, and it’s clear that they take great pride in their work.
Throughout the project, communication was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way, offering insightful suggestions and always considering my preferences and concerns. Their professionalism and dedication were evident in every interaction.
I was particularly impressed by their ability to overcome unexpected challenges with creative and effective solutions. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is truly commendable.
Gary and his team are an asset to Eco Providers and come highly recommended. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable, skilled, and caring builders. Completed installation and finishing off
Today we had a visit from Eco providers joiner, Gavin who was able to finish off a brilliant cupboard area for the heat pump tank, box in all the ugly pipes and wires, and make sure all the flooring was safe.
A very professional, neat job was done in all the areas and we are very grateful to ECO P for sending Gavin to finish off the house.

cannot recommend highly enough! i had the insulation done over the last fortnight and can't praise the boys who were doing the job highly enough! they were clean (as clean as can be with plaster /plasterboard) always put down covering to protect floors and furniture, swept and mopped everynight. always came on time arranged . polite, tidy, respectful and hard working. very professional and already recommended to family ,friends and neighbours. hope the rest of the work goes as smooth

Wasted my time for 7 months
Wasted my time for 7 months. Sent 3 surveyors out. Planning permission up for 21 days. Insulation team turned up unannounced with plans of the house. Only then to be told they'd been given wrong job. Booked in 2 weeks later. Then got call to tell me job had been cancelled because it was too big and not financially viable for them! Absolute waste of our time!

I have recently had wall and loft …
I have recently had wall and loft insulation put in at my old farm house which I recently bought. Gary, Anton and Joe were the team who came out to us and I cannot find the words to say how thrilled I am with the work. They worked so very hard and put in 12 hours most days to complete the work, were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They even cleaned the windows and hovered up after themselves. The work has been so well done and the plastering is a superb finish. My partner was a builder and was extremely impressed too. We were also so worried about the job as we have 6 dogs but the 3 guys were excellent with them all (even when it must've been a pain having to step over them a million times)!!
Thank you so much guys. We are so appreciative of all you have done. You need a massive pay rise!

The insulation team comprising of Jimmy, Dion, and Ryan were fantastic. Nothing was too much bother for them. Their plastering and workmanship skills are excellent. They are completely trustworthy and I highly recommend them. The next team have a lot to live up to!

Our fantastic insulating team have just completed the first stage of the installation and we can’t praise Allan & Connor enough for the brilliant workmanship and attention to detail.
Each day we were informed what was going to happen and our items were moved with care and covered up.
Nothing was too much trouble.
