The whole experience was positively amazing.
Gareth John and Chris all really hardworking men who took the time to explain what they were doing.
They were professional but genuinely friendly towards myself visitors and my pets.
They were efficient no time wasted cleared up after themselves at the end of their day, this made the house safe to walk around in.
I have no hesitation in giving their finished work at 12 out of 10.
I would certainly recommend anyone in a similar position to use this company they clearly handpicked their employees.

Poor communication & coordination
Today, Gary, Richard & Anton have just finished fitting insulation to our house. An excellent team who have done an excellent job.
We have been told all along that the heating engineers will follow on within 1-3 days. However, we are now informed by head office that they are not coming for 11 days and will be finished about 5 days later. We have children in the house and the radiators have been removed from their bedrooms and living room. So that will be a total of 3 weeks without adequate heating during these frozen mornings. There’s children in the house and it’s the run up to Christmas.
The insulation team have been brilliant, sadly let down by poor communication and coordination by head office.

I used eco providers to install…
I used eco providers to install insulated interior walls for my tennants as the terrace house was very cold and was costing a lot for them to heat. Today we had a visit from the radiator team who came back into our property to make it nice and cosy ready for winter. They were very clean and tidy and lovely fellas. I would recommend this company if your home is cold draughty and a terraced house. Thankyou for your work today Kevin and Ross. One more team required to finish off the fans and they will be toasty warm, and definitely will have smaller bills to pay.

Firstly I have say a very BIG thank you to Simon and Ian and Brad for their support and hard working ethics and dedication to the job. They were very professional and were very committed to completing the project as smoothly as possible. I can’t praise them enough for what they have done to help transform our home. There ability to do the work at a very high standard was second to none.
It is a very messy process but you have to think of the bigger picture and we can tell the difference all ready and our home will be so much better for having this done.
If I was to pick a fault it would be that nobody from the company contacted me during the installation of the insulation to see how it was going.

Superb service so far from Eco Providers
Superb service so far from Eco. We are two-thirds through our upgrades to our old house.
The dry-lining team led by Jimmy Needham were superb - ours is a tricky old house to insulate with many windows and difficult corners, but they did it all with professionalism, tidyness and good humour. Lovely lads and we thank them for their hard work. Fantastic.
Then Tommy Fisher led the plumbers to install an air source heat pump, all new control system and radiators / piping. Fantastic - the amount of work they've done in just a few days is unbelievable. Layton and Jayden his apprentices also just superb, lovely polite young lads putting in the hours and working hard. Chris and Richard also arrived to assist get the full install done in a difficult property in less than a week! incredible. Thanks to you all for working around our dogs too and putting in the hard graft.
Sparkies led by Brett Forsen are now wiring up everything so hopefully up-and-running next week. Great guys all round. Really really good. Thankyou all.

This company have upgraded the insulation etc in my house. the staff in the office are brilliant. very helpful and efficient. the wall insulators were a brilliant team and did an excellent job. The heating engineers werent so good. I've had a few issues with their work, but the issues were resolved which is the important thing. I would recommend this company.

I was very dubious when i applyed for grat with eco but to my suprise everything went through within 2 months every thing was installed heat pump /solar panels loft insulations +more the enginears that installed the equipment were very good eco solved any problems i had all certification was sent to me with proof of ownership and no cot to myself its all up and running and ime saving on my electricity THANK YOU ECO WOUD HIGHLY RECOMEND

Please do not even consider allowing this company to install anything in your home!
I had wall insulation, an air source heat pump and solar panels installed in 2023 and I am still suffering the consequences now.
I take pride in the appearance of my home and the workers’ lack of care and shoddy work has left an unbelievable amount of damage, mess and inconveniences. The amount of stress, time, effort and money that is having to be spent trying to rectify the issues is not worth it! Every single room in my house now has issues and needs redecorating, it will never be the same again!
You’re better off with a cold house than a damaged one!

Heating installation
Between the 2nd and 10th September ECO4 plumbers, Tommy and Leyton, installed an entire heating system consisting of an Air Source Heat Pump, Boiler system, radiators and brand new piping. Prior to this my 3 floor victorian cottage had no heating or hot water at all. This was a huge task involving navgating one very steep original 1890's staircase not designed for feet bigger than a size 5 and the careful lifting and reattachment of the original floorboards without damaging them. Tommy was in constant contact throughout both with voice and video messages. The aftercare is ongoing where any questions I have about how it all works and how to look after it properly has been, and still is, fantastic. Very impressive! The joy of turning on a tap and having hot water come out of it and having a radiator that works fot the first time since I moved in is something I will never take for granted! A very happy, (and very warm) customer.
