My most recent purchase was a new charger for backup in bad weather for my LiFePo4 batteries.
A recent wind storm hit and sent a voltage surge into the batteries as they were connected to the first charger. It blew two capacitors and smoked the output driver. So I had to get another one.
It arrived quickly and has done well, but the charging system should not have passed a 35 volt surge to the batteries. (Also ECO-WORTHY equipment.)

I have purchased a total of nine lifepo4 batteries from this company, as well as several brackets, and the one time that I had a problem, it was taken care of exponentially. I am sincerely impressed with this company; especially the customer support.

Could do better when delivered the person put batteries upside down otherwise I am extremely happy

The worst experience I've ever had. Zero customer service. 50+ calls later. No resolution. Paid £1800+ for solar panel kit that arrived damaged Jan26. I contacted the company who have mainly ignored me, wouldn't agree to return, then would but only with investigation, I had to pay £230 shipping, despite 20+ messages, ignored me, didn't confirm courier details, date or time, then confirmed the wrong details, collected after x2 months battle only for them to now say they haven't received the full kit despite arranging the courier themselves. Absolute shitshow of a company, the worst experience I've had and still no resolution.

Customer service is prompt and courteous. They made a cost adjustment to my order when the pricing changed mid-purchase. I will soon buy another battery- from Echo-worthy, of course!

I have purchased three Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries from Eco-Worthy. The first battery I purchased late March of 2025, it is a 150AH battery that I used for my 12V 55lb thrust trolling motor on my boat. It worked very well and the charge lasted for days. Unfortunately, it developed swelling 11 months after I purchased it (I do remove my batteries and store in conditioned space with a trickle charger over the winter). I contacted the Eco-Worthy support, and after a few emails with the company they are sending me a replacement which was a fairly easy process that took less than two weeks.

I will share that the warranty stated to me is that the battery is covered for full replacement from defects for one year. From year 1 to year 2, if a quality issue occurs, they offer a 50% discount on a replacement.
From year 2 to year 3, they offer a 20% discount on a new replacement in case of quality problems.

I have now purchased an additional 150AH battery to run a 24-volt Ultrex Quest and a 100AH to run our Hummingbird Explore units.

I like the product

I recently purchased ECO-WORTHY solar panels as well as mounting brackets. There was a compatibility issue between the brackets and the actual dimensions of the panels, which did not exactly match the product description.

After contacting customer service, the team responded quickly and offered a satisfactory solution.

I appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism of the after-sales service.

The customer service is great. Once I provided the necessary information, within a few emails I have been told they would be sending the replacement batteries.

I was looking for solar panel mounts I could use in my backyard for two portable panels. The Eco-worthy ground mounts were used and worked perfectly.

Ordered 2 panels, one showed up broken, emailed them they got right back to me and I received a new panel in less than a week. Great service

I ordered it, it arrived 5 days later, I installed it,it works great. The Bluetooth app is easy to use.

They are selling batteries rated at 300ah but they are not, because I had problems with two of these batteries I bought so I took them apart and scanned the QR codes on the cells and they are 280ah cells inside that where manufactured by a company called HITHIUM in august 2023 so not only false capacity but using old cells as well

Nice customer support, really helpful.
Beware that the product images might not fit the colour of the product you actually get (in my case blue solar panel instead of black as shown on the solar panels).
The customer support was really helpful, though, and we found a great solution.
