I order on their site : quick delivery. I had an issue after one year on the battery and customer service was very efficient to solve my issue !

It's scary because unless you pay for "insurance" ie shipping, you're taking a risk with shipping. But I took true free shipping and everything arrived, but it's VERY HEAVY. I have the stuff but am still trying to figure it out. The website is confusing for a newbie. If you are experienced you know what you need, but nothing I could find says what comes in the box and what you need to make it work. I had to order a power cord to plug it in to charge the system. It called it a kit but it didn't come with everything I needed.
I'd rather see a kit contain absolutely everything you need at a higher cost than to buy a kit that I need to buy extra stuff to make it all work as advertised.

I ordered a pkg, 2 - 48V batteries and inverter. Received inverter and one battery. The second battery arrived 5 days later.
Apparently, one of the batteries shipped was shipped usps and the other items by FedEx. USPS used a third party shipping service to deliver because i am in a remote mountain area. Instead of delivering to my home they left it at my mail box, 6 miles away, where it promptly disappeared. I started a claim with the insurer. When ECO-WORTHY became aware of the problem they shipped another battery immediately. I then canceled my insurance claim.
ECO-WORTHY is great on customer service! I'm not sure about the product since I won't be installing it for several weeks.

I had an Ecoworthy 2000w Inverter fail. It had been used on maximum output less than 1000w - Something inside went wrong. Ecoworthy took full details of the symptoms but could not puzzle out whether anything could be easily rectified. Without me having to ask, they offered me a replacement, which I accepted and that was dealt with promptly.

I'm very happy with my batteries. However I just noticed that I bought them 3 weeks ago and now they're only $800 a battery. The price changes so much it's hard to get a good deal.

I bought two of their 5kWh server rack batteries from Amazon Ireland after mid 2025.
Delivered quickly and they work okish. I bought one direct at the beginning of this year at a much cheaper price but after nearly a month I'm still trying to get it delivered.
They respond to emails and say they'll fix the shipping issue but nothing changes and the battery mysteriously sits with the shipping company in Germany all this time. I have no idea if I will receive this battery or what will happen to my money. Don't buy direct!

For the other two batteries. One works fine. However the second has a cell that goes over voltage well before the others meaning that the battery only gets to 97% before it gives a warning of cell overvoltage and stops charging.

The cells only diverge in voltage as the battery gets near full. This shows that this one cell is not matched in capacity to the others.

Because this battery is linked to another battery in parallel both batteries stop charging when that one cell goes over voltage.
To avoid stressing and damaging the cell I'll try setting the max charge percentage to 95% on my system for next summer.

Reading through the unofficial Eco-Worthy Facebook group it seems that people in the US get good customer support with battery faults but if you're elsewhere you may be out of luck getting replacements.

Item delivery date was on time.

Eco-Worthy stands by their products. I ordered the 12V 20Ah Portable LiFePO4 Deep Cycle Rechargeable Battery and 5A 12V Smart Battery Charger with LCD Display for Lithium (LiFePO4) Batteries. The Charger did not display correctly and I believe did not charge. When I explained the problem in an email sent them at night during a 3 day weekend, Will answered right away. He sent the replacement charger overnight which arrived the following Tuesday. I hooked up the charger to the battery, and after charging overnight, it is fully charged and ready to be used with my ham radios.

If you want pace of mind then look no further as this company ECO-WORTHY are so easy to deal with and customer service is outstanding 10/10

They handled my issue very promptly. No hassle what so ever. Very pleased with the experience.

Eco-worthy 48V 100AH Server Rack Battery
Purchased the server rack battery. It stopped working a few months after installation and as a matter of fact it started to drag the other batteries down.
Email Eco-worthy support and after trying some fixes they replaced the battery.
Installed the new battery and now things are working perfectly! Thank you Eco-worthy

Product was delivered as promised

1. You do not offer a complete solution. I purchased your 5k hybrid and your 100ah battery. You neither sell a power distribution panel nor do you recommend one. The manual says I need breakers at key points (sometimes redundantly) yet you offer no sample diagrams on how a homeowner might design a solution. I found a solution by talking with my local electrical supply store, but it took many more hours than it should have. A small outdoor breaker box panel is $170 to house the breakers. An additional outdoor double gang box with outlets is another $60. Solutions on Amazon and ebay run $85 to get both outlet and breaker in the same box. Why can't you recommend something?

2. I am being forced to go google-play. Google has a bad reputation for spying on people. Why are you a part of this? Why can't you upload your apps to an f-droid or similar? I pray that I will be able to get this operational without all the bells and whistles. I am hoping that the google play app is simply for management convenience.

3. The manual appears to be a translation from Chinese. I find I have to read it over and over again to understand it. The words appear to be chosen from a dictionary and not natural to English.

4. I will go back and try to find out what DOD means. I doubt that it is Dept of Defense.

5. I do not see the type of battery named eco-battery. Is WOW correct?

Battery is awesome.

The batteries arrived on time via FedEx and were well packaged. Free shipping sweetened the deal and they were already the best price.

The shipment arrived in a timely way, packaging was excellent and the product as advertised all at very fair price.

Excellent customer service. Had few questions regarding delayed shipping and my install and they were always very quick to reply. Managed to sort out my set up after their advise and so far everything works as it should.
