This is a Fake website and surprised it is still there. Shoes never arrived that I ordered.

Poor Customer Service
My ECCO boots - the soles are cracking and disintegrating after 12 months of occasional use!
I have complained about this with pictures and I have been told to provide proof of purchase (which do not have). Very disappointed and ECCO are not cheap!
Own a few other ECCO shoes, but their customer service is very poor and after reading many negative reviews about the same poor quality of the soles and their poor customer service, I felt I needed to share my experience.
