I made reservation via hotelscombined for 1 night in nicosia, Easy to book gave the best offer, the price was better than others in more than 35%. i wanted to extend my stay in the hotel, but they had some technical
problem which made me deside to stay only one night. they allways answered my emaills and were really transparent with the problem and with the solutions.the room was small with twin bed but for the price it was fine. i will use use their site again.

Hotel Mahal Khas - great experience, better than expected.

I booked a hotel through easytobook.com and when reached the hotel with the document from easytobook, the hotel representative, told me that the rooms has been sold out and it is me and easytobook responsible and they have already informed them the rooms are sold out. I was helpless on the street with family and kids. it was a terrible experience, I had no choice to search for rooms on my own and in the late night got a room that was disastrous, no TV, no hot water, and that too in remote location, with no access to food and water. I request all to not to use easytobook any further and I will also not use the same going forward. I request easytobook to confirm the bookings through phone call with both the hotel representative and the your customer before the date of travel and help inform them pro-actively.

I was pleased with the ease of booking , price paid , confirmation received promptly . Can't wait to visit the hotel now .

The worst booking site we ever used. Unfortunatily we used it now, but we will never do this again. It's quite a shame, because we travel a lot and only use 5 star hotels.
