We tried to call you, but unfortunately we were unable to reach you. We would like to explain, as we already did via email, that you have applied for an energy contract. The Energy Protector is a product that we give free of charge to customers who sign up for an energy contract via our website.
The Protector provides coverage if you become unemployed (due to an accident) and may no longer be able to pay your energy bill. This Protector is valid for one year and is completely free of charge.
We also inform you before you apply that you will receive this. We therefore do not understand this review.
