I am writing this to share my experience with Risk Verzekeringen. I was a reliable customer for 2 years with a perfect payment record. Due to an unforeseen family crisis abroad, I unfortunately fell behind by 2 months.
Despite my proactive communication, sincere apologies, and immediate offer to pay the outstanding balance, the company chose the harshest path possible. They cancelled my policy and registered me in the CIS database.
The result of their refusal to cooperate with a long-term client is that I am now facing premiums 500% higher than before, as most insurers now view me as a high risk. It is deeply disappointing that 24 months of loyalty were outweighed by a single, explained delay. Please be aware of their strict policies before choosing them as your insurer.
