I had high hopes for this service as I had read the reviews. Unfortunately, my experience has not been positive. The most disappointing part is the lack of response from customer service and the inability to use any of the FAQ links, as they send you a unsecure website link. I have asked for a full refund. We shall see if I ever get a response.
