Incredible Experience with Mary
Mary is the only rep from EasyFinancial that I have spoken to that was able to solve my concerns. She stayed on the phone with me over an hour and combed through my payments to make sure there weren't any errors in my Account, and to provide feedback to my Branch that I had a few concerns with. Throughout our call she was polite, engaging, and answered every question I had. She went above and beyond and turned my otherwise negative experience into a positive.

I took out a loan thinking I was going…
I took out a loan thinking I was going to get it the same day and there was a glitch in there email transfers and I’ve been waiting almost 3 days for my money , I’m not impressed if I had to know that I wouldn’t have even took a loan out with them

Okay overall
The woman that helped me apply was very knowledgeable and helpful but I haven’t received my loan yet, so congratulating or thanking me for receiving it and asking to do a survey when all I have been doing for the past 3 days is check my email and my bank account.

Never received e-transfer
Requested e transfer on friday so I could pay my rent on time but the e transfer still hasn't arrived and I have now gotten 2 emails since I was supposed to receive the e transfer.....but still no e transfer now my rent is late and I am going to get charged $45 for an nsf fee

Got approved for my loan and signed paperwork Friday, should’ve received my funds by 3:30pm. It’s now Monday almost lunch time.
Update* after writing my review, received my funds an hour later.
