Fraud, Misrepresentation and Negligence
The staff at the Sheppard location are dishonest and deceitful, and committed misrepresentation.
The staff and the location applied fraudulent service charges that reduced the actual loan received, and they also made misrepresentation and tricked me into purchasing protection plan that increased the monthly payment by over $121, and it turned out that the entire premium over the term of the loan cost approximately $8,000, substantially more than what you would pay at MoneyMart or Fairstone.
EasyFinancial and its staff proved to be fraudsters and dishonest.
The location manager could and should have taken responsibility to make things right, but it seems he or she did not care or the staff did not report my concern to them.
Nevertheless, they have the duty to oversea what is happening at their location and I assume the staff's dishonesty must have been condoned, than condemned, that the staff easily commit such unethical business practices.
