Useless

Useless, I ordered an item and was told it would be delivered on March 26. I am still waiting for it. Each time I call i am told it will be delivered the next day but nothing. I have emailed them with no response and I cant get through and left voice messages but those are not returned either.

The quality and service are excellent

The quality and service are excellent! I purchased a product, and even though there was an issue, the support team was responsive and handled everything seamlessly, ensuring I had a great experience.

After purchasing a professional…

After purchasing a professional Dishwasher on the 31st July 2025, it has now broken with only the warranty team able to help. Great except the warranty team do not have a telephone to help only email address. After sending an email for help, i have not had any response at all after 2 days. Totally unacceptable when you purchase equipment at over £1,000 with direct contact for a faulty item after 4 months! Very poor after sales

The worst company to deal with ever

The worst company to deal with ever! we bought an ice machine in August 2025, which stopped working on September 24. From that moment, we struggled to deal with the warranty (no contact telephone number, just the general customer number, just by email and the only response was: "an engineer will be on the site within 3 working days". The engineer never came around. I asked for a full refund.... answer" we're gonna contact the warranty team and an engineer will attend the site in 3 working days!!!!"
This company sound like a huge SCAM!!!

Unhelpful company

Got one digit wrong ordering a replacement part. Wanted to return, too late!
They only allow 14 days to accept a return even when the item is unused.
Useless customer service.

SCAMMERS

Bought a water boiler kettle for work which broke within 4 weeks. Contacted the ‘warranty’ team on multiple occasions for a solution, to which they stopped replying after just telling us to ‘clean’ it. Conveniently the warranty team are uncontainable via phone and have left a small company out of pocket with a broken kettle and a potential hazard.

Worst company in the uk 🇬🇧 …

Worst company in the uk … you can’t speak to them direct …. It’s all over email, faulty electrical equipment and won’t change or refund only had the item for 3 weeks. There is a consumer rights act 2015 that they do not comply to …. Scam of a company and a joke …. STAY CLEAR OF EASY EQUIPMENT…..

Purchased an ice machine that stopped…

Purchased an ice machine that stopped working after 5 weeks. They refused to replace without original packaging ( cardboard box ) after numerous emails to comply with everything they insisted and completing an installation report ; our machine was fitted by a man who worked at comet for years installing equipment, EasyEquipment then refused to replace or refund due to the installation not be by an electrician! AVOID this company at all cost. It will be an expensive mistake. We will now be going through Trading Standards.
My advice ….. shop somewhere else.

I ordered a fridge

I ordered a fridge. They sent me a broken fridge. I returned it to them. But they havent refund me for ages. Whenever i contact with them, they say we will complete tomorrow, next week bla bla..
They are like scammers.

Terrible customer service, avoid

Update on this, have just been informed by Easy Equipment that the part we ordered after they sent the wrong part initially is not available and they do not know when it will be. We have been waiting for the correct part since February. The customer service throughout has been simply appalling. We are a charity that feeds people in need and are now left with a just over 2yr old dishwasher that is unusable and with no funds to buy a new 1. Not having a dishwasher has significantly impacted on our work as we have been without it since November. I cannot stress enough do not buy anything from this rogue company.
Original review: This has been the worst customer service experience ever and it is still not resolved. Ordered a replacement part In early December for delivery at the end of January. Had to follow up with them in the middle of February as had heard nothing. Complete shambles trying to find our part and then sent the wrong part to us at the end of February. Between ordering the part and now we have sent photos 3 times and are no closer to getting the correct part. I would have demanded our money back and gone elsewhere if we could, but this is the only place we can get the part from. We are a charity and this has really impacted our ability to deliver our food service for vulnerable people and the lack of understanding from the company has not been helpful and frankly disappointing. I would avoid ordering anything from them.

Not happy

Hi.
I bought the new grill from the company and from the day the grill was installed it has had a very low heat output meaning it takes a long time to cook meat which being a commerical grill for a takeaway is not acceptable i have complained to the company many times but haven't had a satisfactory answer please avoid them if you can
