eau de toillette mixup - great after-sales service
I ordered an eau de toillette based on the picture on the product page (which was an older version than the current) which I was actually looking for for some time; I actually wanted this older version as opposed to the newer one. When it arrived (very quick!) it was however not the one on the website's picture but the newer version. Immediately I sent a request and Leo from customer service sent me friendly replies almost within an hour after i sent my messages (and I was surprised with this fast replying!). The return-label was a bit difficult to find at first (turned out I had to select the actual item I needed to return on the order/return page in order for the return label to show up as a clickable link).
After shipping the eau de toillette (of which I had opened the box only to find out it was the newer version) I got a full refund (incl shipping!) within a few days after it was received by easycosmetic.
Thats a very good after-sales-service! 5 star for customer service, a star less for overall as they sent me another item (same edt but newer version) as pictured. Impressed with this kind of customer service after a mixup!

One item I purchased arrived shattered. Although I contacted them and sent them the photo, they have ignored me. I'll order again to see if this one time thing but I don't trust them right now.

I do not recommend it!!!
I made two purchases in October. One at the beginning of the month, the other at the end. The second one didn't even reach me because there was information about the wrong address. The address was entered correctly. I contacted easyCosmetic about this matter, but they didn't even take up the matter. Only the same information over and over again that I can buy the product again. However, I was lucky and the refund arrived. It took about 2 weeks and I got my money back. However, the first package, the one from the beginning of the month, is still on its way back. It is not known where it is and when it will return to easyCOSMETIC. I will probably never get my money back. Even though it is easyCosmetic that imposes the courier company, it washes its hands of such situations. I was left alone with this problem, and I think that they should support me in clarifying the situation with the courier company. This is the first time I have encountered such a lack of professionalism, and I have been shopping online for many years. Waste of time and money. I won't buy anything from them again. I do not recommend it!!!
