What EA was thinking with BF6 is completely beyond me. BF6 is a cheap COD clone in almost every aspect: the graphics, the utterly opaque and overloaded menu, the gameplay, the storytelling, the ballistics, the physics, the presentation—yes! Everything. It's beyond pathetic. Simply pathetic. All traces of the once groundbreaking and innovative approaches of the original are gone. Luckily, I only paid €40 instead of €70, and even then it was too much. Since its release, I unfortunately haven't had the time or inclination to play the game; I only knew it from the beta, which was good. Earlier, I wanted to play BF6 for the first time, and when I saw the screenshot, I initially thought, "Huh, you deleted all your CODs, didn't you?!" until I realized I wasn't mistaken and had actually loaded in BF6. I just finished with EA and all their games a few minutes ago. To EA: Shame on you. Is all you're capable of really doing is copying and pasting from the competition?

Where to start, where to end. I bought EA FC 26 in PS4. Spend 70euros for the game and 70 for ps+,so i can play with pixels. Ecept of the fact is lagging from the starting menu to game play. All the time when i fix the setting they reset. I will not speak about it for the FUT, where is all META. Im really dissapointed from purchase what after 3 months i have to spot playing the game. When you release a game and you write is for ps4. Make it for ps4.

Can't log in, every year i try to log in but wants me to reset my password but never sends the stupid email for me to do so. Useless company now.

I purchased *Mirror's Edge* on June 6, 2022, but when I tried to download it today, I couldn't access it. I contacted customer service, and they said they couldn't handle it and wouldn't offer a refund. They said if I wanted to play, I would have to repurchase *Mirror's Edge*.

My account got banned because of my steam name I have had for 2 decades, was too offensive. No way to get it back. Very hard to get in touch with the support team.

Fc26 is the biggest pile of dogshit ever created never buy it if you want your sanity

My experience with EA had been pleasant, until recently. I bought EAFC 26 and the game has been crashing non-stop. I haven't even been able to complete a single half on the game. It's that bad. And before anyone says that it might be a spec issue, trust me, it's not. The minimum gpu the game requires is a GTX 1060 if I remember correctly. I currently have an RTX 3060, so I know it's not an issue on my end. I'm currently waiting on them to get back to me after I submitted a complaint days ago, and they haven't said anything. I also just recently sent another one where I asked for them to just refund me because this is grade A bullshit from them.

Just google BF6 Battelpass, can’t receive bought items 2042 and so on Reddit, Facebook or every other site

I bought a game. Played game once. Next time I try to login 3 months later, im banned...the whole account. Why? I have no idea, because when I asked, they linked every single document that has the word ban in it...like linking a user agreement is supposed to magically make me understand why im being accused of...something...something really bad...I guess.

I would give them 0 if it was an option. games always not starting for whatever new bugs from time to time. I dont understand how a company like that can still exist

Support is terrible. It's like talking to a brick wall. They don't answer your questions, and copy and paste. script.

I got called every slur while gaming i reported them and nothing happened,meanwhile i say gay and i got a 7 day rejected appeal ban. Yeah ok ea i swear i will deal with the ceo personally its not a threat i dont make threats i make promises

cant get into my EA account because i cant reset the password. instead of just sending me a password change email like every other company its instead telling me to go on a verified device. i dont have any verified devices, i have a new device which is why im having to log back into my ea account in the first place.

support is worse than useless. they expect me to have countless email addresses.

refunded my game and wont be buying any ea games from steam in the future if they all require me to log into an account i have no access to.

Bought FC26 - keeps trying to reconnect to an old obsolute email address - contacted EA but have not had a response

I purchased an EA Play subscription, but Basketball is missing, and FIFA 2025 doesn't work. It constantly asks for an internet connection even though you can play offline. Support is nonexistent, and there's no way to talk to anyone. A real disgrace, a third-world company.

I made a very simple request to connect and change an account, but a company with a big name could not solve such a simple problem. Due to this disgraceful and beyond awful behavior, do not buy, do not pay attention to, do not use, do not allow to use all EA services and products (The problem was related to Apex Legends).
