Great service with speedy idp delivery
I applied for the soft copy and it took me total 30 mins with application to get my soft copy of the international driving licence on email.
Awesome speed

I took the service on Wednesday, I got a mail that my license will be received in 48hrs but till now no update.. I already started my journey

Everytime I email them I get a automated email telling me to use WhatsApp. So I use WhatsApp and its got an automated reply saying "Thank you for your message we will respond as soon as possible, unless you pay for Sat Sun service. We will respond as soon as possible" - But I get that message all the time, during weekdays too. I came on here since I was thinking I had been scammed. I think genuine since its a .ORG, so should be ok. I think they need to invest in a proper CRM and get some staff

Anyone looking for IDP and not sure whether to trust ITCA or not, please stop researching and simply get their service. This is the best option for IDP. Absolutely genuine.

I got my IDP in less than one hour and was helped by a representative names Steve, he was amazing and extremely patient with all mt questions and in no time i had my permit sitting in mails.

Speedy fast professional. We had some issues with the courier for international delivery and we then took the softcopy only. They then refunded the shipping fees as well

My UK Post Office issued IDP (1949 Convention) is expiring 31 October 2022 whilst I am overseas. Thanks to the useless ex-Transport Minister Grant Shapps you can no longer apply to replace the document by writing to the AA or RAC. This idiot of an MP loves to make difficulties for the UK citizen motorist he introduced IDP applications only in person at a Post Office in UK. He is also the instigator of the deadly smart motorways in UK. Anyway a quick Internet search revealed ITCA Association who can issue an IDP by application on line and for choice of several extended periods rather than the 12 month one from the UK Post Office. My online application was quickly approved and authorised. An email was received with a soft copy of the ITCA IDP plastic drivers permit and a download for the latest international road signs. My hard copy of the IDP and plastic drivers permit arrived by Courier Service within the week. The only criticism I have of ITCA is the non response to an email I sent them requesting my soft copy of the IDP booklet. The service is a bit expensive Euro103 for a 3 year IDP delivered by Courier Service as opposed to the £5.50 for a 12 month IDP issued by the UK Post Office. However if you are stuck overseas and need an IDP then I recommend ITCA as the go to guys to get one. Well done indeed ITCA. Thank heavens Grant Shapps has lost his Ministerial post, he needs to be voted out at the next General Election.

If there was a 6 star 🌟 option, I would have selected it. John helped me first thing this morning addresssing a major issue with my card. He was courteous on the phone and expeditious in his actions. Thanks!!!

John was extremely helpful even when I had difficulty making the payment or missed selecting the 15 mins option. I got my idp in 15 mins and John helped me all the way along during the process.

ITCA is AMAZING!! Got me my license in a matter of hours when I was stranded in Saudi Arabia trying to get transportation. And this was on a Sunday! Thank you for being there for me when I really needed someone.

Very poor customer service . Applied for urgent processing under 15 minutes in their openings , no IDP issued after so many hours and no reply of emails. Will not recommend it to anyone. Worst service ever

I wish I knew about this months ago. I must say, I was skeptical at first, but they really came through. Months I’ve been searching how to obtain an international permit after I’ve already arrived overseas. The car rental place told me about them and within 2 days I had it- although I paid for 15 minute processing. But either way it was Excellent quick service. I’d definitely recommend them.

I needed my permit on a Sunday so I paid extra but it was worth it! I had to wait a little extra until the issuing organization they work with opened but I had it within 15 minutes of them opening! Definitely recommend the service if you need a quick turn-around.
