I don’t normally leave reviews but Ross T was such a great plumber, I would recommend him to everyone I could. He explained everything clearly for me and my partner and then went right to work to fix the problem, putting our minds at ease immediately. He was thorough in his explanation and work and was a genuine, polite, respectful man. I hope if we need any work done in future, Ross himself would be available to help us. Thanks again!

Just had a repair done by Jordan a lovely young man. He phoned to say he was on his way and was able to identify the work required very quickly. He needed access to our tanks and wasn't put off by the difficulties due to our somewhat inaccessible loft. Happy with the result.

It was easy to arrange a visit for the previously identified problem with the drains. The engineers were prompt, friendly and were happy to explain the proceedure to solve the problem and answer any questions we had.
They were very efficient and the job was completed without any problems.
We would be happy to use Dynod again.
