It was an easy process
It was an easy process. Phoned in the morning the man was there by lunchtime and cleared the blocked pipe which 2 plumbers had been unable to do. Transparent pricing. Very pleased. Will use this again if needed.

phenomenal, came out within 2 hours of me requesting support, sorted within the hour, really decent engineer, went the extra mile by hosing down the area that had overflowed for me. hopefully won’t have to have another visit, but if i do, i won’t hesitate to reach out again. This was Excellent service from beginning to end. The online booking was so easy. The engineer checked if he could attend a bit early and get directions to my home. He unblocked my drain within no time and answered all my queries and reassured me, in good working order.

Knowledgeable, thorough and efficient
It's the second time I have used this service. As previously, the plumber was polite, knowledgeable, calm, efficient and thorough. Hopefully the problem has been solved now. Really impressed that I phoned in the morning and the plumber visited in the afternoon. A shame about the online booking system. Don't waste your time on it. I couldn't select a date on it. Really pointless, but the actual service aside of the rubbish online booking system was excellent on both occasions.

An excellent drain repair job
The two repair engineers who did the work for us today, arrived just after 08:00 and we're friendly and very efficient. The "lead" engineer explained everything that needed to be done and I was able to see camera shots of the offending drains. The work too around four hours to complete and was carried out professionally and with Cate for our property. Would thoroughly recommend Dyno Rod for any major repairs. The cost was also very reasonable for the type of work that was done.

Fantastic service
After being messed about for days with another company leaving us with a blocked toilet overflowing into bath all sorted quickly and easily and a fraction of the price.
Lawrence was polite, efficient and even cleaned the bath. Definitely using in the future.

Really pleased with the service from Dyno. We had a leaking kitchen sink, and Connor the engineer was polite, efficient and extremely helpful throughout.
Installing the new tap wasn’t straightforward due to a few obstacles, but Connor dealt with everything without fuss and got the job done to a really high standard. The new tap looks great, and importantly, he left everything clean and tidy with no mess.
Great service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Dyno
