Firstly, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone, was polite and friendly and explained the procedure for my call out.
Told me the cost and that it was payable to the contractor.
Pete who came to clear my drain blockage, was just as polite and friendly and soon had the blockage clear. He explained that a pipe to the soakaway was damaged, so would probably block again with time.

Constantly kept up to date with arrival. Completed the job with little disruption and very friendly.

Quick, friendly and sorted an extremely blocked drain in our new home on a Sunday.

Very prompt response, arrived on time; tricky problem as blocked kitchen sinks with plumbing concealed (architect designed meaning good look but not practical). Plumber worked at it until sorted and checked carefully. Tidied up well and gave clear advice. No hidden charges. First class job - thank you Craig.

James did a great job - well done.
A shame there was confusion over the appointment date and time by the central booking people.

Engineer (James) was very good and spent a lot of time and effort trying to sort problem. Was not possible to resolve during visit, but advised solution. Visit was booked for morning, but had to call office when no one arrived. Admin side seems to let down what is a very good service.

Technician who came out was super friendly, very efficient and did a great job - cleaned up afterwards - excellent overall

Very impressed with the service. Booked just before the bank holiday weekend. Earliest available slot was Tuesday afternoon. Craig arrived punctually and cracked on with identifying the problem and rectifying it. He left the area nice and clean and tidy, and offered advice on a bit of remedial work that could benefit in the future. Thank you Craig.

The first hint of trouble came when my toilet didn't drain after flushing, the bathroom sink wouldn't empty, then the bath. I tried flushing, plunging to no avail!
Pete arrived within about an hour of logging the call. Rodding and plunging didn't work so Pete called in Jake with the hardcore power tools!!
Jake arrived and they started pressure hosing which achieved some success. So then the camera went up from below as they suspected a collapsed drain. It wasn't that, so they power hosed up rather than down - SUCCESS!
The guys were lovely, genuine people, knew their sh** (literally!) and they left the job complete, the bathroom cleaned and a happy customer. Thanks Pete & Jake, an excellent job.

We live in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. There was a blocked drain issue with our bathroom toilet. Our plumber who had been to was unable to solve the problem, instead of, he recommended Dyno Rod. There it came Pete from Dyno Rod, who did his job marvellously and we are so impressed with his friendly attitude as well.

We had an emergency drain situation one evening and Dyno-Rod were absolutely superb. Jake, the engineer was an absolute delight. He was professional, friendly and did a fantastic job efficiently and with good humour. He arrived within two ours of our reporting it, even though it was late. He solved the problem and gave us advice on the state of the drains and how to avoid any future problems. All round fantastic service and would highly recommend.
