I won $13,000 and they absolutely will not give me my money!!! I have been trying for a month!

Horrible, they keep posting fake winners and believe me , Every bonus is horrible.
Its not a legitimate casino at all and they are ripping off people .
I recorded 2 hour gameplay and emailed it to the gaming board so they can investigate to ban this site in USA.

Complete rip off. As soon as you win and try to collect they say you have to wait 3 days. Came back the next day and it was a different casino. Wanted me to start over and all my data and winnings were gone.

The good news is the claim of RNG seems legit, which raised my satisfaction level to 2 stars. As a reminder, the promos are just that. Easy to read the terms, if you gamble at all they terms beyond the headline do make sense. But .... there's an issue and it's a big one. They have restrictions on withdrawals in both frequency and amount. Worse yet, they often drag their feet even when a request falls within the restrictive terms. Explanations are merely excuses. Customer service chat the only contact option and terms like "per our established timelines" (even if already beyond) and "waiting on final audit" (how many times do you need to audit) or "third party" (when the request status hasn't changed). You'll hear them say "rest assured" over and over which to me soon has the opposite effect. As I write this I'm waiting on a Bitcoin withdrawal request that is 5 days old which they claim they will only sit on for 24-48 hours. You will be made to feel like you're being high maintenance when you start asking about it. I've gambled everywhere over the course of over 40 years and never encountered this. Slots and casino a related company and they do the exact same thing. I don't know what the real issue is.....but there's an issue. Creating trust issues for me.

So, I wrote a review about my negative experience on Feb 11, 25. My winnings were up to 22,000.00 + I thought about sending my info in today because trying to cash out for $2500 on my computer looked as if it might actually pay. I was too busy at work to fool with it but decided to play a favorite game tonight and saw my balance has been adjusted to $492 and the “customer care team” was busy three days ago trying to placate a bunch of pissed off players. I played that $492 down to .50 and it will sit there long after I’m dead and gone.

First time playing ducky luck on 7/24/24 I made a $25 deposit and won $100; cashing out through bank wire my money was just setting in limbo so, as I read through the online comments I learned cashing out through my Cash app (Bitcoin) was the quickest and most efficient method of payment. You can create this for free. I received my winnings on 7/29/24.

Also, I played again on 8/14/24 and won $441 same cash out method. It usually take a few business days.

Update: 2/21/25 my current winnings $500 I will be receiving my deposit probably by Tuesday through Bitcoin. I will keep you all posted.... Best of luck!

I won $3200 on a promotion . I earned 50 free spins and hit a jackpot. I was only allowed to keep $200 because the money was earned on a promotion. It’s false advertising and it should be illegal. I do not recommend this app .

After reading their responses to everyone’s complaints on these so called phishing emails they suggest block & flag. I’ve done that over 50 times!!! What are you going to do if we start sueing for our supposedly winnings huh?

I wish I had read all of these reviews before I gave them a penny of my money. I've won almost 20K and realize it's all a scam. I knew as soon as I tried to cash or even ask how to cash in some winnings. The bot has no idea what the term "customer service number" even means. Trying to navigate the "cashier" is a joke, it always says "amount required" even with that field filled in. I know the "customer care team" that will reply to this will never, ever do anything to help anyone recoup any winnings are even to get your deposit back. I guess I'll just let it ride and build up to who knows what. It was nice to dream when I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. Bypass this site, it's not legit even though they will try to tell you they are. They'll say, "we're sorry" but they offer no recourse. Go figure, live and learn

Even if this site is legit, their domain is sending millions of 'phishing' emails to people all over the globe and they've done nothing about it. Apparently I have $14,000 waiting for withdrawal and I've never used them or an affiliate

Total scam and will hustle you with fake promos to get your money then never return a dime. They're great until you win anything then its too bad. Had over 7k in winnings hijacked.. I just wanted my own cash back.. 250 bucks.. and they refused to do anything at all. I've requested several withdrawls of my money and so far nothing has been paid.

I turned $50 into $300 when it was time to cash out they denied my documents after a month of not getting paid I gambled with the $300. I turned $300 into $1300
When it was time to cash out my $1300 I kept sending documents to get approved Passport, with pic of me holding it same with driver's license bank statement car insurance and more finaly after 2 weeks I get an email saying the Money wire to my bank is approved . $56 dollar fee .. fine another week went by and I was told the money was being wired next day I get an email saying I had canceled my request .. ???? I had not but my $1300 was bank in my casino account .. I contact support and they send there had been a system error and in order to get my money I had to repeat the process documents and all, OUTRAGOUS I complain and they push me to accept a Bitcoin payment I did not want to but I did I set up a wallet and sent them the url to deliver my Bitcoin. They said they sent the Bit coin but no money in my wallet .. I contact support and the sent me proof they sent they money to Blockchain I company I never heard of and with whom it is impossible to get human help/ They insisted that I gave then that url and that they could not recover the funds and called my a liar and said I provided a blockchain url ... Lucky duck /Casino X Are Thief's and cheats , NEVER TRUST THEM

Just like most of us on here I should have read the reviews before I started playing with this casino. I deposited $100 received $100 bonus played it through really didn't win deposited another $100 really didn't win deposit another $100 won $700 try to make it withdrawal and for some reason the promotion I picked I have to pay $2,000 before I can make it withdrawal what a total scam so I played a BS game and still won without making a deposit and I still can't get my withdrawal. I called talking Stick casino to make sure you guys are affiliated and they said no they had no idea you using their name. Please if you're reading this do not sign up to this casino site it is a total scam you will never get your money look at all the people on here that still pissed off at this company. I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. First time using on line casino. You become a skilled user in first week and then they continue to send you emails with rewards to use but when you try to use them, you can't use promotions anymore once you become skilled. Big Scam. Don't use this casino.

Shitty customer service. They change their bonus rules at their discretion. it took over two weeks for my first payout, though all my documents were in order.

Okay here my story, I made a Bitcoin withdrawal on January 7th 2024 The amount was 2000.00. I assume that I would be paid in 48 hrs like this site said. Boy was I wrong I'm still waiting. January 13th. I contacted customer service same song and dance. I need to wait another 48 hrs. I think this is a scam. Thank God I only deposited 25.00.
