I installed it on my laptop and iPhone after seeing the advert on TV. Plus point is that setup was very easy and I liked the way I could transfer everything from my Brave browser within a few minutes. Down side is - it's slow and glitchy, the thing that annoyed me most is that it doesn't seem to scroll normally! I tried using it for a couple of weeks before uninstalling it. I'll stay with Brave.

DuckDuck Go browser not all it is cracked up to be, after installing on windows 10 it worked fine for a few days then just stopped loading, obviously they haven’t got this browser completed properly, it also refuses to reinstall in short it is not worth the aggravation, I will continue to use FireFox tried and trusted.

Awful - unbelievably slow, went with it for a week in the hope it would improve, it didn't so deleted

Ya sorry tried this search engine for a month after seeing constant TV ads and thought may be worth a go but alas no it does not appear to be very good at all. After a few days I noticed I was not getting sort of results I would expect as used to with google so used them in tandem and yep alas after few weeks can see now is no where near a efficient on searches as any user need/ would expect so now removing it.

They are the same as google with searches. They automatically suggest liberal leaning organizations. No conservative outlets. I don't want all conservative news outlets, just a balance.

I used this as my main search engine for a month but had to switch back to my usual one as any pages I used to access regular accounts would not allow me to sign in, told me I didn't have an account when I had been using the account in question for over a year.
The privacy side works well on news sites etc but not for more specific internet use when you use an email to sign in to your own account, it stops access to this.
Perhaps it works better in America where the company is based but it doesn't work well in the UK.

Thought it would be better than Google for a search engine. It’s the same. It may not have spying adds or whatever, but still only brings up Liberal outlets for news stories. Seriously not once I have seen Fox,News Max, OAN. I would think at least a Fox article would pop up. I need to find another neutral search engine.

Duckduck is just another shill for the Democratic party. Sucks and I am deleting.

Every search only brings up images and/or videos, not text. That’s pretty useless. The privacy marketing pitch is hype.

I've tried Duck Duck go and agree with all the negativity. I should have followed my instinct "Duck Duck go" I thought whoever thought that one up must be quackers 🤣

Maybe they do protect our information but that’s where the positive review stops. Their claim to be unbiased is a joke. I tried an experiment tonight and just searched on the word “trump”. Go ahead. Do it. Nothing comes up but negative articles by cnn, pbs, nytimes, wapo, and on and on. Nothing positive. Not one word. THAT is NOT unbiased. They are no better, in fact worse, than Google on that point.

A complete SCAM avoid avoid AVOID. at all costs. Google watches your searches yes but Duck Duck Go is alot worse and and is full of lies.

Everytime I look for Trump info Trump and Harris show up. Bye DuckSuckgo. If I wanted Harris articles I would enquire about her.

Swapped to DDG because of their privacy claims. Downloaded onto all my devices and almost immediately started getting spam and phishing emails. Crashed my laptop and phone, had to pay a professional company to remove all the trackers DDG caused which stopped my laptop and phone working. DONT BELIEVE THEIR LIES ABOUT PRIVACY AND TRACKING. THEY ARE 100% LIERS

I've been trying Duck Duck Go instead of Google, and I find that it's very very slow to load things. Very annoying and lose a lot of things I'm doing because of it. I'm going to go back to Google. Much quicker.

Backstabber which sells you're database too Microsoft it turns out there just bing search under disguise so you're in the 14 eye's country's which are the worst they don't respect your privacy and they have there own agenda there biased as well not too be trusted the minute a war happens in Europe they show there true colors I just won't be using them anymore or recommending them as i rather use a alternative which I don't even need hide my search history from as they have no problem with it
