I have ordered something from Drumshack twice now, and both times the products haven't been in stock despite the website stating it is. I chased via email the status of the order as it hadn't been dispatched within the time I expected. I received a phone call and the guy seemed nice enough when explaining that one item wasn't in stock. But when I mentioned this is the second time this has happened, he said they're looking to update their website. The first time was in 2021 - how long is this website update!? Being a drummer, next day delivery can be very important - so it's absolutely vital that a website is transparent with their stock levels - and not just take payments in the hope people don't want their order within the next month or two. I won't be ordering anything again as I can't trust they have it in stock

We're a small, family-run business, and while we always do our best to keep our website as accurate as possible, there are unfortunately occasions where supplier stock changes faster than our systems can reflect. When that happens, we contact customers as quickly as we can to explain the situation and discuss the available options and we pride ourselves in our ability to solve customer issues and give expert advice. However, we completely understand that it's disappointing if you were expecting a next-day delivery.
We appreciate your comment about the website. Improving the accuracy of our stock information has been an ongoing focus for us, and we are making significant improvements behind the scenes which will make the customer experience much better in the near future.
We'd never knowingly advertise products we can't supply or take orders hoping customers will simply wait. Our reputation has been built over more than 30 years of looking after drummers, and it's disappointing that we let you down on this occasion.

After a frightening experience of…
After a frightening experience of bursting my Macho (wee) bongo drum skin and couple of hours before band sesh I knew I needed a new one AND rim...
Straight back onto the Drumshack Web site to order a new set and there they were, easy to locate and order
Contacting Drumshack to book said skin and rim speaking directly with staff Alex and others later it was explained in simple terms that they could get skin and rim directly from Meinl in Germany but in 3 weeks... Alex kept in touch when items arrived and got my kit to me ASAP... brilliant service from top to bottom... can't thank them enough... may have to order new Hembra skin now to match top quality skin ...
