Rude

Visited last week, very rude staff and non helpful .
Would I visit again? Certainly not. General enquiry, so wasn’t interested as I wasn’t buying after 30 mins trying to decide .

Drum shack great. Terrible DPD delivery

Great service. Fast delivery and customer service despite some failing from DPD who were the currier. Dpd said they had missed us but actually never came to deliver. We were in and our property has cameras. No first delivery attempt made. Rectified artificially by drum shack but would recommend they don’t use dpd.
