Worst company ever.
This has to be one of the worst companies I have worked with in the past 15 years. They are irresponsible and do not know how to conduct business. They promised they would deliver 300 hoodies for an event on Oct 24th, but last minute after confirming the design, they said they couldn't. Where am I going to find another vendor to make 300 hoodies all in less than 2 weeks?
They are totally irresponsible and do not care about their customers.

My colleague Marian responded to your other review yesterday.
The order has indeed been in for a while, this is because an incorrect file has been supplied by you several times. From October 5 to last Tuesday October 11, my colleague has been busy with your file. The correct file was not submitted until that Tuesday. My colleagues from the file department have been very, very busy with this and have done their best for you but because the correct file was delivered later, the delivery time will start from the date and not from the date you ordered. This is also indicated on the website.
Now we didn't know that the hoodies were needed on October 24th until last Tuesday. You have control over the delivery time.
Now I understand that the progress of the order is not going according to plan, we deeply regret this and that's a shame for you and the company. Sorry for the inconvenience.
If you wish to order from us again, we recommend that you read the informationsheet carefully and always call if you have any questions. We are happy to talk to you.

Only bad experiences
Super bad customer service. It takes super long to get someone on the line and is facing a lot of downtime. They tell you to call back but they don't. They deliverd our designs on a different type of paper and cut in half. Everytime that we order they go way past the stated delivery-time. Waiting for over 2 weeks to get the right designs in. Very bad experience.

Then i called for a second time and a nicer guy said is was actually unclear in the instructions and he understood our problem. Eventually we could order it for a second time, correctly without any extra cost.

Ordered 5000 flyers, now already 2 weeks ago, sent a mail last week, no reply. Called two times, after over 30 minutes line was closed. Curious if I get any order at sometime, maby it is good that they start communicating.. very disappointed
