It was a high quality and professional experience for me. At the beginning of the process everything was so clear. They didn’t had a question mark in my mind. At the end of operation. They also pretty helpful to me. They are 7/24 reachable for me. I am feeling comfortable for asking all kind of questions after the operation. It is being 1 year after the operation and results are impressive.

The entire team was supportive throughout the whole process. They are all experts in their fields. I hope I won’t need another transplant. But if I do, this will be my first choice. You can choose them with confidence.

The clinic has a proper set up, unlimited resources and staff, experience and knowledge. Everything went well from planning prior to arrival, through surgery until departure. Professional team performing the surgery (no pain), follow up and assigning a consultant to follow up on you post surgery.

My overall experience was really good
My overall experience was really good - the attitude of the personnel, transportation service, the hotel.
I would recommend to think of alternative sedation meds (instead of fentanyl citrate) that have milder side effects.

Highly recommended hair transplant clinic
I had two hair transplant procedures one in 2024 and another in 2025. Both operations went very smoothly and were highly successful.
The post operative care was also excellent. The dressing, guidance and clear instruction provided by the team made recovery process very comfortable. I can confidently recommend them to anyone considering a hair transplant.

Good Professional Service and Quality but need to be careful with few aspects of medicine consultancy
Well, the experience was good overall. Very professional and I really liked how they coordinated the process.
Also mostly, if you have questions, they reply back quickly.
One thing is that some consultants speak too fast and it is not possible to keep to the pace. So maybe they can improve a bit - also everyday you have different consultant speaking to you - would have been better if you have one go to person.
The only thing that annoyed me was with the person who came to explain about the medicines after post operation - his information were misleading > luckily we have Google and ChatGPT so I can check online. But, such people should not be given the responsibility with medicines. I reported this because this can lead to fatal accidents with medicine intake. He was also pushing me to finish my lunch because the driver arrived. So this I didn’t find good in any form.
