Great experience from start to finish

This review is written 24 hours after the transplantation done. Treatment is good. However the shapoos for intial few days cleaning we need to pay extra. Confirm with the agent everything before making plans.

The clinic is very clean, the team that did my operation were talented, I dr serkan aygin did the consultation and other doctors were involved during the tricky parts of the operation, I'm on day 19 post op, so far it looks good but the full results will be visible after a full year.

The Organisation and planning for the operations since the first communication with Dr. Serkan Clinic was very professional. I have been informed of all the details before & after the operation. Everything was going well as per the plan, and the operation team was very professional. I didn't feel any pain at all during the operation,

Contacting the clinic was easy using WhatsApp, they gave me a first plan depending on the photos.
After arriving to istanbul, they I went to a consultation day for a final plan.
The day of the operation the stuff was very professional an they payed attention to all details.

The overall facility is fully equipped with advanced equipment. It is very modern and futuristic. It is very clean. Staff showed a great attitude and were forwarding. The processes applied are the most effective and updated in the market. The team explained continually all the elements engaged with the implementation process. I would recommend this facility to my friends.

I was really nervous about making the right choice for my hair transplant and contacted several clinics prior to choosing the Dr. Serkan Aygin Clinic Team. To add to my reluctance and confusion there was a huge disparity of prices across the clincs in Istanbul so this was no easy decision for me as I was hesitant to book a treatment solely based on cost alone. Having then chatted extensively with Ms Zivile, representative of the clinic via whats app prior to travelling, I have to say it was her steer and guidance that was enough to take me over the line and this was the clinic for me. On arrival to the clinic it is visible that a lot of other people also made the same decision as me to undertake treatment here, but this in no way compromised the one to one personal service that had been arranged specifically for me. You are provided with a personal contact throughout (in my case Mr Yasin) who remains contactable throughout your treatment and even after you return home. The clinic itself is huge, modern and clean. The hotel accommodation provided is adequate and approximately 7 minutes away from the clinic and sufficient to recuperate from treatment. Transport is provided both ways in a timely manner. Sufficient to say after the treatment the only thing you would want to do is get back to the hotel straight away to start the healing process. I was offered an option to book other hotels (for an additional fee) and I ought to mention that the clinic is actually based immediately behind the Marriot Hotel so this might be a better option if you preference is to avoid all the traffic jams and transfer aspects. At the clinic you will be seen by a team of consultants as well as by one of the lead doctors to discuss your look and this I believe is true for all patients. Following this you are assigned your own personal room and surgical team comprising of lead surgeon and and a team of nurses to undertake the treatment. My sincere thanks to Mr Sevket özcelik and his team for taking care of me. I remain reassured that this was the right choice clinic for me and having arrived hone, I continue to remain in daily contact with the clinic post operation with regards to ongoing support and advice.

I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Serkan Aygin's Doku Clinic in Istanbul for your next hair transplant. The whole experience from being picked up at the airport, even though my plane had landed late, to the wonderful hotel where I stayed, it was a pleasant, wonderful time. The transplant was handled very delicately, and the care given before, during, and after, was due to the many years of experience. I am back in my home country now, but I have the memories and photos to remind me of what an interesting place Istanbul is and the wonderful time I had whilst being renewed and restored in my youth again.
PS. I was also able to walk the streets and befriend the cats of Istanbul only two streets from my hotel, something that is highly fashionable and in vogue.

I had my hair transplant yesterday and team made me feel very comfortable, especially the doctor Vedet, he was amazing!
I got 5000 grafts transplanted so the whole process was very long and tiring but I don’t regret it

From the start to the end perfect service. Airport pickup/dropoff was flawless as well as the surgery. Staff are quite professional and very modern facilities with new equipments. Dr. Serkan explains you first steps himself. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to get hair transplant.
