The service was excellent
The service was excellent. There was no pressure (unlike the dealership where I bought a used car last year) and everything was very clear. I'm hoping the car has no issues and I continue to be a very satisfied customer.

A highly recommend saleswoman
My husband and I were looking at car, we told Kathleen Whitney our situation, she stayed pass closing to make sure we were able to get into a car we could drive off the lot with that night. My husband is a truck driver, wouldn't be home in the next few days, so she made sure there was a car we could take home .l like my Ford Escape very much. Would highly recommend someone to talk to Kathleen for their next car.
