Absolutely dreadful company and, without question, the worst car leasing firm I have ever dealt with.
After my contract had ended and I had returned the vehicle, I continued to receive parking tickets and penalty notices for a car I no longer owned. The alleged offences all occurred after my contract had ended, yet Drivalia repeatedly sent me incorrect contract end dates and tried to hold me responsible.
This happened on multiple occasions because their systems were incorrect and my details were not updated properly, despite the issue being raised several times. Instead of resolving the problem quickly, I had to repeatedly chase them to correct their own mistakes.
In the end, they apologised and said that, "as a gesture of goodwill", they had removed the fines. That is an absolute joke. The fines were never mine to begin with, so removing them was simply correcting their own error—not a gesture of goodwill. Despite all the time, stress and inconvenience their mistakes caused, no compensation was offered.

A truly shocking company with poor administration, inaccurate records and terrible customer service. I would strongly advise anyone considering leasing a vehicle from Drivalia to think twice

Zero stars would be given if possible.
I have never had a worse experience when trying to hire a car and I have probably hired cars in 50 different countries. Ridiculous amount of files required, hidden charges and rude staff. Utility bills, Bank statements etc etc. things you don’t think you will need to hire a car for 2 days. Slowest service I have ever witnessed and when asked (after 40+ minutes of waiting) where the car was staff became aggressively defensive. Will never use again, I’d rather walk.

Excellent service and cars. Matt on the desk was so informative, helpful and friendly. The guy deserves promotion for the way he handles clients. Excellent vehicle and price. Highly recommend.

Gareth, the operator of this Drivalia branch clearly cared about giving a great customer experience. This was evident in a number of ways:
- He was not happy with the car I was due to collect for some technical reason, so he upgraded me;
- He made sure I had selected the most appropriate package for my intended use, which included the unlimited milage upgrade
- His customer registration process was, quick, efficient and friendly
- The car was well prepared and ran flawlessly,
- Although with 40,000 miles on the clock the car had picked up some minor cosmetic damage during its life, all the scratchs and imperfections were accurately recorded on the pre-hire condition report.
- I was not present for the post hire condition inspection having dropped off the car out of hours the night before. The report truly and accurately confirmed no additional damage and no additional cost, for which I am grateful because it would have been impossible to debate after the fact.

In summary, excellent value, trustworthy and professional. I would definitely use then again and recommend them to all my friends.
