The man who came to collect the car (Fuzz) was really polite and very professional. Done his job with no fuss or agro. Then company called me on the phone. Confirmed an offer very close to what they had bid and literally had the money in my account within 10 mins!!! That sorted everything apart from the insurance. Got emails confirming all from dvla as well on the same day. Great service and would use again.

Ceejay came to collect my car on behalf of a dealership that I sold it to. I must admit I was really nervous about it all, but he was brilliantly reassuring. This was the first car I’ve sold and I wasn’t too sure what it entailed. He talked me through the process and was clear and honest about all the steps. For example, my car had some damage on the side and he warned me that if the dealer didn’t know, it would likely result in a lower price offer (the dealer knew, so we had zero problems). He was efficient and on time, kept me posted about his arrival, and navigated my tricky location with grace. I was surprised to get a notification of delivery, which was also gratefully received, as it gave closure I didn’t know I wanted. I would wholly recommend Driiveme to anyone needing this service and am delighted with Ceejay and his sunny disposition.

Fuzz arrived exactly on time and was he polite and reassuring throughout the transaction. The pre-agreed price arrived in my bank account while he was still here! It was a super-smooth and stress-free sale, helped along by good communications from start to finish, and by Fuzz being very professional and a genuinely nice guy.

Having sold my car through CarWow, DriiveMe were appointed by the purchaser to collect it. Faisal (Fuzz) Younis was the driver and on the day before collection he contacted me and advised me what time he would arrive, what he would do and what I needed to do. On the day he he kept me updated on his journey and turned up on time (in fact a little early - no bad thing!), carried out the necessary inspections and test drive and guided me through the whole process (which I had expected to be difficult but with his help proved to be far from that) including liaising directly with the purchaser.

The whole process was a breeze - Fuzz was extremely helpful, a delight to deal with and the money was in my bank within 35 minutes of him arriving.

Couldn’t be happier or more pleased.

Fuzz kept in contact on his way to pick up the car so we knew what time he would be with us . A very nice chap who made the process very smooth and got all the paperwork sorted .

Had my car inspected and collected today by Fuzz through the CarWow selling service and Driiveme appointed to arrange collection for the bidding dealership, I was nervous before arrival as was expecting the usual issues you get from buyers ect and pointing out every little mark/dirt, Fuzz was just so friendly and relaxed, he made sure I got paid first after the test drive and helped with all of the paperwork, not surprised to see his name mentioned on here multiple times and nothing but good words, still cannot
