Dreamstime Reviews 

I've tried an enormous number of image sites over the years, but since I discovered Dreamstime in 2018, the others have gone to the wayside! Dreamstime has the most amazing images, is so easy to use, and is cost effective to use. It is my go-to image site, and I cannot say enough good things about it! I am so grateful to have discovered it.

My experience with Dreamstime has allows been consistent and smooth. As a contributor, they have made it easy to upload files and receive payments

It was amazing how Gladys was able to find the email we used to purchase these images, since a private email was used for the account instead of a company email. Great job!

I publish a monthly newsletter called "Companion" for friends and family, and wow! Do I look like a pro. I have no website. Just a mailing list. Thanks to your beautiful and wide variety of photos, drawings, cartoons, graphic art... It's all very uptown for a small endeavor but it gives my memoir-style communication polish. Thanks for this service!

Could not be worse. I bot a pic but I couldn’t download it. The system said I had to fill a form with my details but a field in the form was not accessible. I mailed 2 times the assistance without a reply. On top of this the site works badly. Stay away.

I am finding a lot of images that are perfect for my brand of lip products.

As a conributor I find this a very user friendly site and a great place to sell my illustrations.

I mainly download pictures for design. Making cards and other gift type graphics. I also use them for creating ads for services. The pictures are always high quality and I appreciate the photographers who take such stunning shots!

I am happy to have a place where the public can see the images I shoot in addition to my website, and furnish images that can be used for publication, etc.

I used Dreamstime some time, and then I wanted to cancel it, but I somehow actually dentally downloaded a new image, which triggered a new month of payment. I contacted customer service and received a very quick and personal feedback. My issue was finally resolved and I’m really happy about the way they treat their customers - it’s pretty rare nowadays!

It is a great company, and I am a contributor, and their review process is fair. I have also used their designs in my marketing, and they are high-quality and available in unique concepts.

They tell you you get 15 downloads for free, ask you to leave your credit card info, adress, phone number and then when you leave them all that and you finally go to the picture you want to download, you find out that the only pictures format you can download for free is with watermark and then they ask you to buy another subscription plan for $25. Long story short - I did't finish the job, I couldn't really use a picture with watermark for anything and I spent my precious time.

The database or programme is comprehensive, with very detailed medical illustrations and photos. I have not used the videos yet, but I believe the quality should be the same.

Finding images that beautify and accents my forms are easy to find on your site.

I'm giving one star and ensuring others read this and the many other reviews about the 'free trial'

Signed up to Dreamstime’s advertised free trial, which stated I would get 15 images for 1 week, with £25 off, making it £0 for those 15 images.

What was not made clear is that the images available during this ‘free trial’ are still watermarked. That means they're not actually usable for any real project, which defeats the purpose of a trial if you are trying to test images in real designs or content.

To access non-watermarked images, you still need to move into a paid subscription. So in reality, the trial feels should be called '15 image watermarked preview' of the library rather than a genuine opportunity to download and use images for free.

Why does this matter??? In order to access this trial, I had to provide full personal and credit card details. If someone decides not to continue, the company still holds all of that sensitive information, even though the ‘free’ offer did not deliver what I feel most people would reasonably expect.

Overall, this felt misleading and not transparent. I would advise others to be careful.

My experience with Dreamstime was awesome! I had an issue which was due to my inexperience and a gentleman called Tom helped me with it within 24hrs, and I live in Australia.
