Gear price brill down to earth staff at the store

Went into our local Dreams with a clear idea of what we needed. Were not put under any pressure to buy and when we did have questions these were answered in full and explained very clearly. Staff were extremely friendly and polite.

Used credit option and again very clearly and efficiently dealt with. All paperwork delivered electronically and arrived in the inbox whilst sitting in the store!

Pleasantly surprised by short delivery date and were kept fully informed of the delivery schedule. Old mattress had to be put in a sealed bag provided by Dreams and taken away for a small, reasonable fee.

Salesman went above and beyond to make our experience and purchase go smoothly. Would definitely recommend

My son finds the mattress comfortable and delivery good but the green bag that was meant to arrive to recycle my old mattress came after the new one. Luckily the driver took it away anyway but I’m not happy that there wasn’t any communication about the bag. The first I heard about it was from the delivery driver. This definitely needs to be made clearer and what happens if it doesn’t arrive on time.

Holly at the Wolverhampton branch provided exceptional service. She guided us to the best bed within our budget, and there were plenty of options to choose from. There was no pressure to make a purchase, and we experienced the high-quality bed you'd expect from Dreams. Overall, it was a fantastic shopping experience.

We purchased a bed, headboard and mattress from Bentley bridge dreams shop the sales assistant Holly was very friendly and extremely helpful.
On delivery of our bed base the corner had been damaged Holly was contacted she taken the details and advised me to call customer services. Spoken to customers services who requested photos, then informed me that they would get back to me once they had looked into the damage of the corner if the bed. I received a prompt telephone call the following day and my issues was dealt with promptly.

Browsing in store was more helpful than browsing online.
Very helpful staff and not pushy.
Delivery team were great.
And the mattress is wonderful.
Would recommend dreams and will shop there again when needed.

went into store looking for an ottomen divan bed, the friendly shop staff guided us through all the options regarding buying a new frame headboard and mattress, delivery was not too long, delivered and assembled on time by two very helpful guys.

Delivered my mattress on time. Drivers were polite and helpful. The mattress itself is so comfortable. No more aching joints! Thoroughly recommend this mattress for those who prefer a firm mattress.
