I visited the store this morning and purchased a mattress and was dealt with by a lovely lady named Amira, she was very patient, engaging and explained in detail any questions or queries I had I would recommend Dreams to any one. Amira, greeted me very well, she offered me a bottle of water, and a pillow to lie my head on while testing out the various matches, what was most impressive for me was the sleep match I left the store a highly satisfied customer.

Friendly customer service - kept well informed of delivery and product was exactly as photo.

So far I'm happy with my experience with dreams they know there business.

Good support from the sales team in the store and the delivery team was1 very helpful and efficient.

I am happy with the delivery of the mattress and the quality so far, although early to say. Lets see if it holds in a years time.

But not happy that I was lied to. when I was purchasing the mattrass, it was one week prior to Black friday and I have asked will this item be reduced on black friday, so I can buy then, and I was told no.
But then I checked and it was reduced, Really not good to mislead your customers!

My experience when visiting the dream store was warm and pleasant and friendly staff had lots of knowledge on the right product for me I wasn’t sure before I went in but I was sure when I came out and very satisfied.

A few weeks ago we bought a small double from Dreams - mattress plus divan and headboard. This was for my adult son (6'3") who let me know he finds it very comfortable. The service from dreams was excellent. They let us take our time making a decision and didn't pester us while we were considering the options but were informative and attentive when asked questions. Delivery was great - on time and professional. This is the 3rd time I have bought from Dreams and will continue to go back as they tick all the boxes - quality and good service.

The sales team helped us find the best mattress, it is very comfortable and we are very happy with our purchase. The bed frame is beautiful too. Delivery was on time and the team was polite and fast with assembling the bed.

Amira (Dreams Staples Corner) help us a lot on that day. Very professional and try to understand and listen what we needed. Very polite and passion on her job. Provide us welcome drinks. Show us around the store with most of the products. We would like to say thank you again to Amira as she show us the sleepmatch that we can found out the prefect mettress. Provide us pillows to test out different bed with patience. Well Done Amira !!!

Purchased a Bed suite (without mattress) from Dreams 20th June 2021 for about £1450 ...payment was taken in full on the day... date for delivery given 8-12 weeks... long but ok, it is what it is...

come 8 weeks no update... come 12 weeks NO update... we call and chase up...and are told there is a delay and it will be another 4 weeks... OK deep breaths... it is what it is... 4 more weeks pass... NO UPDATE!!!... we chase up AGAIN and are NOW told that there is a FURTHER delay and that the PROVISIONAL date is booked in for December 9th 2021... nearly 6 months from date of purchase.... Am I Dreaming or have we just been robbed by Dreams!?!?!

and what really annoys me, I hear Dreams advertisements for more customer business on the radio all the time .... My advice to Dreams if you cant fulfil your existing orders then you have NO RIGHT to take on further business!!!!!!

From the moment we walked into the Dreams store at Staples corner we were treated well. Covid pre-cautions were exercised. The representative explained the process and we laid on the special bed which helps decide the best type of mattress. Once this process was complete the representative went through and showed us all the available options and let us try them. We were shown a comprehensive range of mattresses at differing price points. Everything was explained fully and clearly. Post order, the communication from Dreams was exceptional. The mattress and base were expertly delivered on time, in perfect order with the old bed removed. In this day and age one seldom receives the level of care and service that a consumer expects and have paid for - Dreams - you have been the exception.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at the Staples Corner branch. Cam (the staff member who helped us) was friendly and helpful upon arrival, offering us a pillow so we could try out the mattresses more effectively. He was generous with his knowledge and advice, without pressuring us towards a purchase. In the end, we went for the Farringdon mattress and were pleasantly surprised at the delivery speed (days instead of weeks!) Overall really impressed with our experience.

Visited Dreams for a new bed and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and amazing help we had in narrowing down the many mattresses. Elizabeth went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect bed. Would highly recommend a visit to the staples corner store.
