Delivery was ahead of time estimated, respectful of property, put together 2 beds as requested to do. Really nice chaps that came. Store service was very good also, knowledgeable staff, no pressure sales.

We purchased a bed in December 2025, the shop staff were amazing, took myself & husband around the shop, put us on sleep match mattress finder a great experience, found a mattress & a ottoman bed we thought was great, the delivery guys were fantastic & insistedon putting their orange shoe covers even though I had said not to worry, put the bed together, cleaned up all packaging & were so nice too.
Come Feb / March realisation hit the fixed bedside cabinets were too close to the mattress & making the bed was so painful (I suffer with server arthritis) I called the shop we purchased from Solihull Retail Park in Shirley & because we were outside of the return date they gave us the head office telephone number which I called explained everything & they were fantastic, they sent us to the shop we purchased it from to pick another bed (ottoman again as they are great space savers) but this time no bedside cabinets, they dismantled the original bed took it away, assembled the new one ( guys fantastic again) removed all packaging again too then a week or so later we received a refund from dreams into our bank as the 2nd bed was cheaper, I mean how fantastic is that customer service...... Great company & all staff too.😀

The staff member, was polite, and very efficient. She was lovely. The bed and pillows, were delivered on time and with care. My husband and I are sleeping so much better. We thank you so much.

I thank the members of staff, for helping me to choose the right mattress and base. I wasn't exactly sure at first what I was looking for, having slept on an old mattress for years, but with the help of staff, I chose the right mattress and base for my sciatica. It's such a relief. Also got free pillows, duvet, and mattress protector with the offer, so all in all, I'm very pleased

From the moment we stepped into our Dreams store, we enjoyed a marvellous experience. We were greeted and made welcome. We saw all the different types of mattresses; we tested Dreams’ analysis system and were then shown all the range of mattresses which are suitable for us. It was easy to choose our mattress which we’re delighted with. We’re sleeping so well now. Thank you.

We had good advice at the store and bed was delivered and set up on time. Bed very comfortable.

Our new bed was delivered and assembled. We were kept informed as to what time our new bed would arrive. It arrived and was assembled without delay. We left it to settle for a couple of days before using. We went for a combination mattress. It was strange to start off with compared to our previous bed but now we have had it for nearly two weeks we are used to it and are pleased with the comfort level.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery.Friendly and efficient staff in the shop and very helpful and courteous delivery people.We are always pleased with our purchases from Dreams and the quality never disappoints.

at aged 90 i was concered about trying the machine
i thought it would be a bit imbarassing but it certainly was not and the sales girl was very thorough in offering to try many matreses so i feel i have made the right decision It has not been delivered yet so the proof of the pudding as they say will be when I receive the matress
But I will admitt the FREE Pillows that I brought home have proved to be a help and my NECK ACHE has improved alot

We had fantastic service from Shaz in the Solihull shop 4 days ago who couldn't do enough.. the mattress was delivered today by Bob and Joddy who were the epitome of fantastic customer service... It is people that who make the brand formidable .. a marketing manager's dream.. these guys were smiley polite friendly and carried my old mattress downstairs for me too.. just to be kind .. I've had the best experience with Dreams in Solihull

A good product. Excellent help and advice in store, efficient polite and prompt delivery. How I did think an extra £39 to take the mattress upstairs was a little excessive.
