From the first minute we entered the store to the delivery guys fitting our new bed, the Dreams experience was nothing but an excellent one. We have a fantastic product and had a great experience throughout the whole process.

Good service and kit

We visited Dreams Northampton where we were greeted professionally and courteously by Steve. Having used the Sleepmatch machine, we were shown the recommended mattresses and as a result made a purchase. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble and our thanks go to Steve for having made our visit and choice so easy.

Excellent service and support in buying the correct mattresses

The seller ( Matthews) was great, always paying attention to our needs and explaining all details! The deliver was accurate and everything went smoothly!

Paul & Ryan were very friendly and professional. It was a pleasure chatting with them briefly as they brought the mattress into the home. They left useful information on how to take care of it. They're a great pair and real asset to the company.

Excellent service in shop man very helpful

We had an idea of the type of bed we were looking for so went to Dreams as I heard they sold the same type of mattress we had been happy with for many years (15!).
We saw Charlie, a very pleasant sales consultant, who offered us a lie down on their new mattress machine, which assesses your specific needs for your body to enable a good night's sleep. Luckily, my husband and I were very similar, so we were offered a pillow and shown to several beds for us to try for comfort.
We eventually chose the best mattress that we both felt comfortable on and found it was reduced by £300 in the sale - result!!
Delivery was arranged in a week and they even arranged to take our old mattress away at the same time. We were provided with a special bag to put this in to keep it away from the new mattresses once collected.
We were very happy with our experience with Dreams and would thoroughly recommend them.

Mark was very helpful with his advice about bed frame. We needed a high, frame divan with ottoman storage. He found us the perfect product and we are very pleased with the frame, the advice and the prompt and caring delivery men, (they removed their footwear). Thank you all so much

Excellent from the order to delivery very professional

Very helpful and know their products well. would have liked faster delivery but quality is worth waiting for

Purchased a bed mattress and two bedside table on the 16th December and was told that they would notify on the delivery date, which they did but was advised not all of the order was available so l said we will wait and have it delivered together. I looked on the website a few days later and it said 10-12 weeks for the other items so went in to the store and asked if the bed and mattress could be delivered and they said yes. Did not hear for a couple of weeks so phoned up and was told the delivery date was to be 19th January had a phone call today and was advised that they could not deliver the items as they were not available and could not confirm a new delivery date spent nearly £4500. Just looked at the website and there are a lot of tv beds saying unexpected sales there could be delays in delivery so this could take another 10-12 weeks. Had the bed delivered on the 9 March they assembled it and found a fault with the bed the delivery team made me aware of this and phoned through for a replacement which was delivered today (19th march).when they tried to assemble this one the fault was even worse than the previous one still waiting for a response.NOT VERY HAPPY
