Excellent customer care from the Dreams staff when we visited. Friendly disposition shown from experienced staff who took account of our needs. Delivery team completed the work to our satisfaction and took careful account of exactly where we wanted the new bed to be placed/built.

Excellent all-round experience
From walking into the store to the mattress being delivered, everyone was helpful and friendly.
Steve (in store) talked us through various options and wasn’t at all pushy, which was very refreshing.
The delivery guys were also very professional.

Thanks, I've got my life back. So comfy and firm. I can now jump out of bed after a good night's sleep whereas before my new bed from Dreams, I would wake up and have to slowly unfurl my aching bones.

Staff in the store were excellent
Staff in the store were excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly,even made me a cup of tea. The bed is wonderful,very comfortable and of excellent quality. The delivery team were great,couldn't fault anything,so am very happy.

Acknowledged as soon as you walk in with no pressure tactics. Friendly staff who even offered tea, coffee or water!!
