Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Staff were friendly and very informative, nothing too much trouble. Happily let our dog in and even provided her with a gravy bone and offered her a drink ( extra star) Fair price for what we bought, delivery on time. Paid a little extra to have our 3 beds put together by the friendly and professional delivery men, who also took away all the packaging, which was worth every penny. Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, Sam went out if his way to advise and meet our needs. The manager was great too. And they even made our dog welcome and offered her a drink and a gravy bone!, Highly recommended.

At Dreams Middlebrook the service shone bright,

With cappuccino in hand and advice so clear,
Mattress shopping turned into fun while here.
No pressure at all, just knowledge and care,

The best purchase I ever made. I was assisted by Michelle and she was absolutely amazing. The bed was so easy to set up, I did it myself and the instructions were so clear. Loving my sleep everyday❤️❤️❤️.

I’d only gone in for a look!
I’d only gone in for a look, but I was so impressed by the salesman (Saf) who helped me that I came out having bought a new bed! He was very knowledgeable and informative, explored various options suitable for my requirements, and gave me time to consider these with no pressure whatsoever. I really appreciated this as pushy salespeople put me off straight away.

Quality at the right price
The staff member that served me was friendly and extremely helpful. Delivery was on time with regular updates, The Divan I ordered was excellent quality. Do yourself a favour, if you want quality beds / mattresses, shop here

Delivery team
Delivery team were absolutely brilliant.
Didn't mess about, quick recce and got on with bed assembly. Took them 75 mins to assemble and test/demonstrate both beds.
They cleared up packaging then left.
Both beds now "broken in" and are all we thought they were going to be.

Dreams kept us up to date with delivery dates and times. Delivery was as scheduled. The delivery men were very efficient as they assembled the bed and were very quick and polite.
