I took my 80 year old mom to buy a bed and as you can imagine that generation do not like wasting money. The two young ladies were so kind and very helpful to my mom and very respectful to her too. I will definitely recommend this store to people and especially the two young ladies. Thank you

They were very thorough in their selection process in finding us the sort of mattress we required.
At the moment it seems to be working out to our requirements.
The delivery and their knowledge was in our opinion, very good.

The staff at Dreams were very friendly and helpful. I got measured up for a
mattress to suit my needs as I had suffered a bad back for months. I had a great deal and I'm happy to say I haven't had a sleepless night since receiving my new mattress.

The staff at this branch of Dreams could not have been more helpful. I walked into the store just to have a look round. I wanted a new bed and mattress and had a vague idea of what I might want. Jason showed me round and we looked at various options. He introduced me to Catherine and Francis. After I made up my mind and ordered the mattress first I then ordered the bed. Both items were delivered at different times and everything went very smoothly. No delays in delivery timings. No problems with the two items and all packaging was taken away. I can’t praise the standard of any of the Dreams staff enough. Well done to you all. DragonJ

Frances in the Kidderminster store was extremely knowledgeable/ friendly and patient. The Sleepmatch machine provided us with a list of mattresses with the recommended support we required. Too early to give feedback on new mattress

We recently visited Dreams Kidderminster store to buy a new mattress.
We were very warmly greeted by Rebecca (Becky). She invited us to use the Sleepmatch bed, with an appropriate pillow to help us get as comfortable as we could on a showroom bed.
Whilst on the Sleepmatch Becky provided us with hot beverages.
When the analysis of our sleep positions was complete Becky recommended the most suitable mattress's for our comfort and support needs. We were shown a number of different mattresses that matched our requirements and tried each one in turn carrying our pillows from bed to bed.
Becky was very knowledgeable and provided plenty of information to help with our final decision and also explained the options and discounts available
The details of 30 day sleep trial of the mattress at home, together with the free delivery of our new mattress and the cost of removal of our old mattress also explained.
I have to say the experience was very good and would recommend Dreams to friends and family.

Very tailored personal approach to my reason for visiting the store. Staff were very helpful friendly and made me a cup of tea. Great customer experience and very timely with booking my delivery. Thank you

Excellent service great product and really good value for money

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Dreams, Kidderminster, thanks to Rebecca & the store manager. I had a friendly greeting & was offered a drink before being left to look around (as requested). When I was ready, Rebecca used her extensive knowledge to help me find a mattress and pillow right for me, educating me on the differences, also whilst helping me find suitable bed frames to fit my space available. I genuinely felt like Rebecca wanted to get the best option for me, and wasn’t ’pushy’ & didn’t just want a sale for the company, meaning I trusted her and enjoyed my experience whilst she helped me secure a bed for a great price. The store manager also kindly helped me carry my items to the car. Great service, I’ll definitely be back :-)
