Needed a new bed
Needed a new bed , went into show room , the advisor was very helpful went through choices of beds but I’d already made my mind up what I’d wanted , chose the Norton wooden bed frame and a new matress to , I’ve got a 100 days to change matress if I’m not happy , just spoke to dreams advisor eho ssid dreams want me to be 100% happy with my choice , I can’t fault the staff or advisors as they do want their customers to be happy,

From the time I entered the store till the 2 guys delivered and set up the 2 beds I can honestly say hand on heart this is the best company I have ever ever used,oh yeah the beds are so comfortable thankyou to all the staff at dreams.

Staff were very helpful, assisting me to make the correct choice of mattress for my needs. Delivery was prompt and my old mattress was collected as arranged. My new mattress improved the quality and comfort of my sleep immediately!

The clerks are very friendly and very…
The clerks are very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They take you through the sleepmatch machine and then show you around several bed types that you might like. Never were they too pushy on selling you any type of bed and they let you rest on each bed for an extended period without bothering you until you want to try another one.

Welcoming, knowledgeable, understanding, as a disabled person I was treated as I expect to be treated in all shops but often aren't. I came in with a friend who was looking for a bed and I ended up leaving with my dream bed. I am so happy with their service and have recommended this shop to all my friends, one of which has bought a mattress from them and also very happy with their service.

Great service, not pushy at all. Great delivery and wore shoe covers before entering the home. Put bed together and took old one away. Bed so comfortable, best sleep we've had for ages. First class all round!
