Great customer service both at shop and delivery

Brilliant service very knowledgeable staff

The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and organised. We never felt that we were rushed or under any pressure to make a decision. The salesperson (Paul I think) recognised us when we returned to finalise the order and when we returned to pay. It was a relaxing experience. The bed and mattress fulfilled our expectations; thank you all.

As usual my trip to Dreams in Exeter was a very easy and pleasurable experience the staff are always very friendly and remember you and welcome you into the store and offer you a coffee which is nice they are also extremely knowledgeable about all the range of products they sell and are happy to give you all the time you need looking at all the options to make an informed choice so you know just what you need and are buying and there are no hidden extras ! Paul the sales advisor was extremely good and explained all I needed to know about the item I needed and offered me a coffee and me me feel very welcome he was very knowledgeable about the particular item I was interested in and went through all the dimensions and problems with my room size which took time and he didn’t mind at all so all in all my experience was excellent as usual in Dreams Exeter and I would always highly recommend anyone to go their for any of their bed /mattress/ pillow needs you cannot go wrong .

Delivered as promised

Great service upon purchasing and delivery experience was outstanding. Lewis and Givalle took away our matress and delivered and unpacked our new one. They were extremely polite and friendly.

Did the sleep test. The sales team were excellent, not pushing us to choose. Overall excellent service.

There were really fab and helpful and very knowledgeable about there products

Had a very experienced salesman called Aaron help us get a adjustable bed for my 84 year old Mum in Marsh Barton Exeter today, i felt he went the extra mile for her, doing the sleep match and helping her select the appropriate bed and mattress, he explained all the costs and gave a nice discount, she was a bit confused at times but he didn't fuss or look aggravated with her, he was patient and kind. He set up the delivery for us and helped book and sort out the recycling of her old bed at the same time, he made the whole experience easy and relaxing.

Took a lot of time ensuring we got the correct mattress for our needs. Very clear and helpful with advice.

Great quality bed. Staff in the Exeter store were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had to adjust our delivery date due to a delay in the carpet and they were very accommodating.

From ordering our bed, to it being delivered and assembled. The whole experience was faultless, but we have had the same experience on previous purchases.

As well as a shopping experience, this was an education. A well-informed member of staff - Paul - friendly and happy to advise but without undue sales pressure. I now know a lot more about the human body, sleeping positions and different types of mattress - and am sleeping the better for it. A very professional service.
