Dreams - Edinburgh Straiton Reviews 

Having been a customer of Dreams Straiton Edinburgh for many years I have always had first class service and advice ! However , I appreciate that sometimes things happen outwith our control , and this is when you see what the company’s values are really about and I was not disappointed in Dreams Customer Service ! I had ordered a mattress for my 90 yr old mum which was to be a next day delivery by a courier ( not Dreams ) , however this did not transpire , and after many calls to and fro to the branch , I was feeling let down and frustrated ! I called Dreams Customer Service and was instantly reassured from a lovely lady called Kerry to allow her some time to look into this matter ! Kerry managed to get a special delivery arranged for my mum and promised to call me after the delivery to ensure all was ok and offered my mum a goodwill gesture as well ! Dreams have dealt with this issue quickly and efficiently and the calibre of the staff at Brsnch Level and Customer Services are excellent ! Ps , my mum slept like a baby on her new mattress which Ben the salesman recommended ! So Thank You Dreams !

Bought a single mattres from their store in Straiton, Edinburgh. Friendly and responsive customer service from the moment we walked in. They have good product selections in store and they are reasonably priced. Even better, some items were on sale when we were there. The free delivery service was pretty quick as well.
Would highly recommend Dreams!

I cannot remember now if I have already done a review
But , I have been sleeping very well - the bed is OK !
It is too heavy for me to lift so a relative does it for
me - going by the rules !!!

The staff in the branch were helpful, understood what we were looking for, and explained the options clearly. The bed was then delivered at the agreed time with no fuss.

Sales rep Sarah McPherson was extremely knowledgeable and was able to steer us in the right direction. No hard sell. She let us try the bed which analyses what type of mattress suited us and pillows. She took time with us. We didn't feel rushed and came away with a written quote, which proved useful. We looked elsewhere, but nowhere could come close for comfort and service. On return to the store we had changed our mind about bed frame. We ended up with a gorgeous sleigh bed which is adjustable. It was brilliant dealing with the same person from walking through the door to completing the sale. A delivery date was agreed to suit us and it was delivered and assembled as arranged. Fantastic service 👏

James was great, knowledgeable and friendly and no hard sell. We tried the sleep match system and went away to have a think about what we wanted to buy - as two mattresses were our favourites but very different price points. When we went back to order the Foley we were pleased how quickly it could be delivered. Although we delayed delivery to give us time to finish decorating our bedroom. Would use Dreams again.

It was a great experience! From moment we arrived young man called Ash looked after us so well and explained everything. We enjoyed the mattress finder experience really helpful! Tried the recommendations from Ash and finally decided on our mattress which is fantastic!

Paula our assistant went above and beyond to help get a bed with specific requirements in the shortest time imaginable. She understood the brief perfectly and gave professional expertise on the mattress choice.

Everything went as planned. Your staff gave due warning of their arrival, cleared away the old bed and set up the new one in an amazingly short time. They borrowed a floor brush, tidied up all the small bits and pieces and were off, all in amazingly short time.
