Absolute worst delivery service in the UK

DPD is by far the worst courier in the UK. 2 out of the last 3 deliveries were marked as "not at home", with driver proof photos showing completely random streets. Fake delivery attempts and zero accountability. Terrible service.

Usual excellent service from DPD

Parcel turned up within the one hour slot as promised. I also really like the app being able to track the delivery in real time. Always good to know something is coming by DPD rather than another well known courier service where you aren't sure if the parcel will turn up at all that day.
