I asked for my delivery to be left in a…
I asked for my delivery to be left in a safe space, inside the block of flats and outside my front door when there is a camera. My delivery was left outside the main building, in the baking sun (it’s a food delivery!), and where it could have been taken by anyone walking past. This is not good enough. There was no reason why it couldn’t have been left inside.
Editing to add that not only was my delivery left outside, but it was outside completely the wrong block of flats. Not the first time DPD couldn’t be bothered to actually deliver to the address on the parcel.

Not impressed
My parcel cost a lot of money, and wasn’t delivered to a neighbour or left out of sight!!
It was left in full view of passers by! Just because there is a car on the drive it doesn’t mean someone is at home!! Not impressed!!

Impatient delivery driver
Did not ring doorbell or knock on the door but just left the parcel, containing frozen food, in the porch even though we were in and despite delivery instructions stating that safe place was the garage. Fortunately we saw the van leaving when the dog barked.
