Nice handles, shame about the fixings.
The handles were excellent. However the screws were not only the wrong length but they were also the wrong diameter. So they were completely useless.

Seamless ordering and collection …
Seamless ordering and collection but would have been useful to have order number detailed on all associated correspondence i.e. couldn't find it when picking up as it only appeared on the very first correspondence I'd received, which ultimately made it much harder than it should have been for staff to help.

Badly packed first order.
Badly packed first order arrived with chips in the powder coating of every handle. This caused us to change the finish to knurled brass, which is lovely, but not what we really wanted.

The small size and look of the metal…
The small size and look of the metal ceiling rose purchased is excellent. These were fitted to the apex of a room in roof to a very narrow flat ceiling section requiring a size smaller than standard ceiling roses. The size of the wiring connecting device provided is too large and Yago connectors were used instead. Also the clamp for the lamp lead outlet while good quality is really too large.

Excellent brand, exceptional customer service
Excellent brand with very well made pieces. When i had an issue with sockets not fitting, their customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.

Great light, replacement bubbles available
Ordered bubble chandelier a few years ago, still works great.
One of the bubbles smashed due to a kids football hitting it 🫣 but ordered a replacement bubble from the website and looks good as new. Came quickly
Glad they had that solution rather than having to get a new light.

Order service good.
Generally the service was excellent. The items I ordered came promptly and well packed. Only issues we had were the lights are advertised as suitable for a bathroom and our electrician says technically they are not we we are having to alter the placement of them in the bathroom to be away from the shower area. I know the company only supply but they need to check before they write a description. Also the lights didn't have the bulbs and this company doesn't stock the bulbs we needed so they had to be ordered separately from a different supplier.

Disliked the fact that the double…
Disliked the fact that the double intermediate toggle light switch comes as a double unit, not two interchangeable ones. I therefore could not configure a mixed two way/intermediate switch. This option was only available in a flat toggle which does not fit in with the rest of our house. Customer service really was not v helpful. This has been my experience before. I sent the whole order back and went with another company

The good, the bad and the ugly!
I have the large bubble chandelier (clear glass bubbles) & I absolutely adore it...until it comes to cleaning it! I can never dismantle, or put back together, the baubles to give it a proper clean without one or numerous baubles falling from other areas during the process. The hooks are not very angled so one wrong move and down come the fragile glass bubbles which are made from such thin glass they shatter into hundreds of pieces which is a nightmare as I have kids and a dog...not to mentioned they are not cheap to replace. Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated as I do love the item but I am seriously close to having it replaced :(
