Your order was dispatched the day after purchase; however, unfortunately, there was a delay within the DX delivery network which resulted in the parcel taking much longer than expected to arrive. This is not the level of service we expect for our customers.
We are currently trialling DX as a courier partner, and based on your experience, we will be investigating exactly what caused this delay to help ensure it does not happen again in the future.

I would never use this product again it streaked all my front door and my sister door I complained to the company customer service took ages in getting back to me and I have still not got problem solved as the manufacturer are not getting back in touch with the customer service in the UK not at all happy with the reply from this company I actually bought two tins of this product one for me and one for my sister and two different tins done damage to both doors I am not an idiot I would not use a damaged product on another door as suggested in there reply

We are disappointed to read your comments, as they do not reflect the extensive efforts we have made to assist you throughout this matter.
As discussed during our multiple telephone conversations, we took your concerns seriously from the outset and have been actively liaising with the manufacturer to obtain technical guidance regarding the outcome you experienced. Unfortunately, this process can take time, but we have continued to pursue a response on your behalf.
We are also concerned by your statement that the product damaged your door, as you informed us that the same product was subsequently used on your sister's door, where a similar result occurred. Given your concerns following the first application, it is unclear why the product would then be used on a second door before the cause of the issue had been established.
To ensure there was a clear record of all communication and to avoid any misunderstandings, we requested that correspondence be continued via email. You advised us that this was not possible due to medical reasons. However, despite stating that written communication was not an option, you have now chosen to leave a public review rather than engage further with us directly.
Throughout our conversations, we repeatedly asked what resolution you were seeking so that we could work towards an appropriate outcome. Unfortunately, despite being given ample opportunity, no specific resolution was requested.
Notwithstanding this, we have issued a full refund as a gesture of goodwill while we continued to investigate the matter with the manufacturer.
We remain committed to providing excellent customer service and have done our best to assist throughout this process.
