Do NOT! I repeat! DO NOT BUY from this company. Especially if you are not satisfied with the product. You will not get a refund. AT All. They will give you the runaround. Trust me, I buy wigs often, from a variety of companies, this one cannot be trusted.

They are very responsive regarding shipping and delivery, very honest about the hair, this is honestly the best hair I got ! The first hair was beautiful too. Almost paid $400 for a wig that smelled disgusting plus that wasn’t true to length. So when I tried to send it back they basically was going back and forth with me for weeks and right before the 30 day return policy ended they sent me the informations. Plus I had to pay the shipping. But since it literally was last minute I didn’t make it. I asked them ahead of time if they could give me more time and they never responded

I have bought so many wigs from this company and I’m never disappointed. Curls good and holds curls good. The lace is good and well. I love that you can choose your density. I’m gonna always buy from them.

I unfortunately bought a wig for $99 that looks nothing like the model in the picture. I even combed the wig as well and still, it doesn’t have the same volume. Customer service is making it very hard for me to get a refund. I’m still trying. I feel like i’ve been scammed.

This is the worse company to order from. The hair I ordered didn’t come. They sent some other hair that looks nothing like the hair I ordered. I paid almost $200 for that hair and I was cheated. It was false advertising. They lied with a picture just to get you to order and take your money. I am trying to get my refund back or they send me the right hair that I ordered.

I purchased four weeks and almost five hundred dollars on them. Do you have the wigs? I did not like the color did not match the picture on the website and the quality of the hair was extremely bad. I have been trying for 3 weeks to speak with someone. I have sent numerous emails with no luck. As far as I'm concerned, this company is a scam. They don't live up to their word that you can send something back and get a total refund. So now i'm gonna follow a complaint with the bbb. If I were you, I wouldn't purchase anything from this company. They don't care about their customers at all

Okayyy this wig ateee 😍 The black with the blonde peekaboo highlights is EVERYTHING! The color is so pretty in person and gives such a cute pop without being too much. The 13x4 lace gives me so many styling options It’s soft, thick, and looks so good on. Definitely one of my favorite wigs I’ve gotten, and I’m obsessed with how it turned out!

The wig stank I tried to send it back they not letting me

I RECEIVED MY WIG PURCHASE ON FRIDAY 8/14/2026. I TRIED THEM ON AND WAS DISAPPOINTED ON THE HAIRLINE AND THE QUALITY OF THE HAIR. I IMMEDIATELY SENT A REQUEST TO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR INITIATE THE REFUND PROCESS. AFTER 4 DAYS OF COMMUNICATION, THEY HAD THE NERVE TO OFFER ME A PARTIAL REFUND WITH A CREDIT.

WHY WOULD I PAY OVER 200.00 FOR SOMETHING AND BE OKAY WITH GETTING SOME OF MY MONEY BACK. THAT IS IS NOT WHAT IS LISTED IN THERE RETURN POLICY AND THEY SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH THAT. IF YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE, THEN YOU SHOULD BE GIVEN THE FULL REFUND AMOUNT.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER WIG FROM THIS COMPANY IF THAT IS THE WAY THAT THEY DO BUSINESS. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE BBB AND ALSO PUTTING A NEGATIVE REVIEW ON GOOGLE AND ANY OTHER FORM OF SOCIAL MEDIA.

PEOPLE WORK FOR THERE MONEY AND SHOULDN'T BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. AND IF THAT IS YOUR POLICY, THEN IT SHOULD BE CLEARLY STATED IN THE RETURN POLICY SECTION. NO WHERE DOES IT SAY PARTIAL REFUND.

This company is Amazing the hair didn’t take long to arrive and I was able to speak with admin about the process of receiving the order, so happy I purchased from Dorsanee hair as the wig came out good quality 🙌

I ordered a wig for my birthday that was very expensive and once received, it was nothing of what was described online. I contacted their support in hopes of getting my money back and they refused to allow me to return the wig. I have over 30 plus emails desperately trying to return the items as I cannot use it and wasted time and money that I can't get back. They made up several excuses of why I shouldn't return the item and after requesting to get my refund back they stopped communicating all together. I never had experience this in my life and am very disappointed as I can not purchase another wig, because they took my money and won't allow me to return the item I can't wear, when I reached out from day one

I requested a 22 inch straight black wig and the hair quality was so good.
The quality of the lace is amazing and was so easy to melt, little to no shedding and was good to work with. I would have loved the wig to be a little fuller but it was great quality. I recommend :)

My wig was delivered on time, shipping was quick and the wig was packaged well. The color dye of the wig was exactly as pictured on website. Will order again.

Don't buy from here. I ordered a wig- nothing what I askwed for. Sent it back right away and still trying to get my money back from April- compaining to the bank- reporting as fraud! They are a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!! FRAUDULENT WIG COMPANY

My order arrived quickly. I had questions and my questions were promptly answered. When my unit arrived, I was so happy. It is beautiful and I love it. The first thing I checked for was shedding. I had to do a fist pump in the air because there was very very very little shedding and then none. I definitely plan to order again. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience.

I ordered two wigs. Both were supposed to be 18 inches. Nether were that length. One looked like it had been worn by someone already. Hair was thin and looked like most of it had shedded. The other was a short bob. Not what I ordered. I asked for a refund and they said no. Even said I would pay to ship them back. They still wouldn’t give me a full refund. Spent 200$ and got 50$ back. Said I needed to wash and condition them first because they were human hair. I’ve ordered human hair before never looked like these.

If I could give one star I would!!! DO NOT purchase from this company they are a SCAM!!! They sent me the WRONG wig and gave me the run around for over a month and refused to give me my money back!

Take your money elsewhere!! I disputed them with my bank only for them to convince me to cancel the dispute and now they won't give me my money back!!

RUUUNNNNN!!!!! Go purchase from Unice they have much better options and you actually get what you pay for!
