Failed to ship my Valentine AF1s and also didnt respond to my email when I asked over a week ago.

UPDATE:
I have now gotten a response from Dope Factory stating they will ship my AF1s within 24 hours! :) Hoping this happens so we can fix any confusion.

Ordered Valentine Air Force 1’s. Came in 2 weeks fast shipping. But sent me the wrong size. Contacted them and got a discount very quickly. But, I wish I got the right size. Overall fast shipping and customer service

My shoes got here with a scuff on the sole but other than that they are cool

Recently ordered the Nike Air Huarache Scream Green and received the item in two days (Italy to the U.S). Very fast shipping and pleased with purchase will order again.

I ordered AF1 Orange Skeletons from restock on 16th February 2021 and my order was fulfilled 6 work days after my order, you just have to wait and they will deliver, just be patient :) Definitely will order again!

Got a dub on some dunks from them, shipped within 2 hours of invoice and arrived in 5 days from overseas. I feel like in 2021 Dopefactory may have turned over a new leaf and stopped the whole no shipping or refund BS they’ve been know to do in the past. My experience was on point and will give another them a shot down the road.
