TERRRIBLE experience with snotty doctor
Did the AI consult, paid the $39 and waited 45 MINUTES for a very condescending, obnoxious doctor (Dr You) to snidely tell me that "You need to see an actual doctor for your problems". Waste of my time and money

NEVER USE THIS SERVICE! I tried to have an appointment with a Dermatologist; I scheduled the appointment for the next day. The app said I would get a text message with a link within 30 minutes of my appointment. I waited over an hour, and no text or link. I called them, and a person told me they would send me a link. I received the link. However, it was not for a Dermatologist! That doctor could not help me.
Conclusion. I got an email the day after saying my problem was solved and my ticket was cancelled.
This is outrageous! They wasted my time in a sensitive health-related situation.
Again, NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!

It actually felt like I was talking to…excellent experience
It actually felt like I was talking to a doctor. They asked all the questions I would expect to hear and instead of advising me to rush to an ER, it gave me good practical solutions to try now before escalating it to a doctor visit. It also offered for me to conduct an immediate consultation or to schedule a time for an virtual appointment with a licensed doctor which I am extremely grateful for and fully intend to use this option if my condition doesn't improve as well as for future needs. Nothing is worse than waiting in a doctor's office for hours just to spend a fortune for two minutes with an actual physician.
Thank you for your free recommendations and for not just giving me the canned response of getting immediate medical attention.

So you talk to AI at first giving basic info, you can ask questions too. You can ask about the specific medicine you want, then you pay, live directed into a waiting room. I have done two appointments so far, I've averaged 15 minutes of waiting in the waiting room.
Doctors are friendly, and knowledgeable, listen to your concerns, and get you the treatment you are looking for. You can also upload all your labwork, and other medical records for them to review as well.
