I was able to see a doctor without getting up and going to the doctors office. The doctor was super helpful and prescribed me the medication I needed straight to the pharmacy I use. I highly recommend using Doctronic. I was given a solution a lit quicker than I would going and seeing my primary doctor. 5/5 stars. Will recommend to friends and family!

Doctor afraid to Video Chat
5 months they gave me my prescriptions no problem, then this month I got Dr Pevner who was too afraid to show himself on video chat and didnt feel like writing prescriptions so he refused and hung up. I cannot believe that Doctronic would have Doctors that are afraid to video chat and too lazy to write a prescription
I already asked for a refund and went elsewhere, now all they need to do is fire this doctor from their platform

Absolutely a waist of time was told 30 min I waited for over an hour and still never talked to a doctor but I definitely got charged before any service. And to get a refund is next to impossible. I will never recommend i will always steer others away from this scam.

Would give negative stars. This service was completely useless. The "Dr" I spoke to basically gave me wrong information for where to get a sibo test done. Then when I emailed support they told me I had to Google a place myself. So what was the point of using this service if I have to look up the place to do that test?! The Dr didn't really listen to me anyways. I had to tell him what I thought was the problem at what test I need. He didn't seem to be knowledgeable and was just kind of rude and obnoxious. Do not use this service!!! Run!
