My daughter is really pleased with her pretty blue ukelele and has found it easy to play and learn songs. Both the product, the price and the service from DJM was excellent. It was easy to order on their website, I was kept updated on progress and it arrived quickly. Really impressed.

Excellent buy & service all round. Customer Service were helpful with queries (I initially wanted a more expensive item which was out of stock till late December - cutting it a bit fine for a Christmas gift).
The guitar case looks strong & well padded, so it will be given to Granddaughter at Christmas & I'm sure she'll be delighted. Dispatch was fast & it was well packed. Highly recommended seller.

Great value even if it played badly. We got the violin, plus bow, shoulder rest, rosin and a protective hard case. The sound quality is thinner compared to the hired ones we've had (but my son is a relative beginner and has had quite a break so how much is technique?!). The pegs seem to hold their pitch quite well without too much slipping.
I was unhappy with the fact that I paid for the violin 3 months ago, having an estimated date of delivery of the following week, then got an email that they were out of stock and it would be delivered in October! Otherwise, admin was efficient once it was available again.

1 pack of three sets purchased. The strings arrived a mere 2 days after they were ordered, fantastic for this day and age!

Each set comes with an extra top E (not sure why, really, it's not like they're "0.007 gauge steel!) I've fitted two sets already, replacing VERY old strings on 2 guitars - one has a scale length of nearly 26" and the other is ½-size.

They're pretty good value for money, however... there are tuning issues:
Impossible for the long-scale guitar to get to, let alone stay in, concert pitch (all strings are a ½-step down as a result) and even the strings on the "baby" guitar are still dropping quite significantly in pitch, it's the plain/nylon strings which are the worst-affected (on both guitars). I know and have applied the stretching-in 'trick' for new strings but the problem remains, unfortunately.

Just bought a Bamboo music stand as we were constantly swapping our music on the full size stand we have. This is a desk top stand and now I can keep everything together all week instead of swapping daily. Is a great stand which folds up to nothing, a clever design. Came well before it should have. Spot on!

DJM Music very kindly reminded me i had a £5 voucher about to expire; guitar strings are a constant expenditure, so I ordered some of those & then topped the order up to requited amount to trigger the voucher by ordering a cheap & cheerful guitar stand (the sort of necessary but unexciting item you usually think - I'll get one next time). So far so good. Then I managed to check out & pay without finding - or noticing - where i could apply the voucher. So i phoned up & the real person answering the phone said they'd apply he voucher for me. & they did! The goods even arived when they were supposed arive! This is the sort of customer-friendly service experience has taught me NOT to expect to receive these days! So - thank you very much DJM! BRILLIANT SERVICE IN EVERY RESPECT.

DJM Music Ltd. have been great since before my recent purchase of the Tiger Junior Drum Kit Dampeners. I tried to purchase them around the time the lockdown and shielding process began in England. Unfortunately, they were not available. The Team informed me they would be available in June 2020, I was happy to wait. I was informed in June they would not be available until September 2020, and as soon as the dampeners came into stock the Team emailed me again. I tried to buy using the website but for some reason the payment page wasn't working correctly so I had to wait until after the weekend to call DJM and check whether my order had gone through. It hadn't so I placed my order over the phone with a very helpful gentleman and my order turned up very promptly afterwards.

Delivery was fine.
when tuning my guitar the top E string snapped ( I did not over tighten it ), the rest were good.

Had some trouble with navigating the website, so ordered a different item to the one I set out to buy. Called on Monday to try and correct mistake, but item was already shipped. Was told I could exchange for a different item after delivery, etc. But decided to keep what arrived.

I am happy with my padded Tiger guitar gig bag. It is exactly what I required, and is well made, and represents good value.
