Discount lens decided I should have different lenses to those ordered
I ordered 4x90 focus daillies and received an email confirmation of this order. The following delivery email said they were delivering 4 packs of some other cheaper lenses. I immediately contacted them to cancel the order and asked them to send what I ordered as per my email confirmation. They said they were doing something nice for me by letting me try these different lenses! They didn't cancel the order or send what I wanted so now I have to return the order at the post office. The customer service person didn't seem to understand this was a problem. Needless to say I will be ordering my lenses elsewhere in future and recommend everyone else to do the same if you want to receive the lenses you actually ordered.

Too long delivery time and no follow up from shop
Delivery promised 3-5 working days at ordering.
After 9 days still no delivery.
When status update requested from shop, I just got an email saying delivery was delayed and estimated another 5 days to deliver.
It would have been appropriate to inform about a potential delay and not only when I asked for it after 9 days.
