Perfect canisters and service

It Might be settled, so will need a shake or a stir
I only bought this to make a Pina Colada.
Things to know :- This product can settle, So doing what id id, ie put it in the fridge first.. Not a smart move.
Best to open the tin, give it a stir / Whisk,,, Then put it in the fridge, if required
Also a Handy ingredient for many Asian recipies

Faulty Product and Late Delivey
Faulty Product was reported and no replacement offered and the product was not delivered on time with the company using the excuse that they were not open on 30/31st December - Yet I made my order on their website on the 30th December so they were open for orders to made and 31st is a business day so there was no reason for me to expect a delayed delivery. Had no major problem with either of these Issues mentioned as these things happened but did have a problem with their customer service telling me they were closed literally on the day that I made my order and that deliveries were likely to be delayed over the holidays - Which considering the 31st December is not a holiday I did not find that to be an acceptable response - In response to this they have said they were clear about their delivery times but they were not because I did not see anything about deliveries being delayed otherwise I would not have the order once again customer service making claims that are not true is what is frustrating me not what actually happened. Please accept there was no obvious place where you clearly stated that delivery times stated were not going to achieved over that period.

Hi Alex. Thank you for your feedback. Like most companies we can't close our website. Our customers are welcome to place their orders as normal. What we did provide on our delivery page was full details on when you placed your order to when your order was likely to be delivered. At no point did we say these were bank holidays but days our company closed for the festive period.
With regards to your faulty item, we asked for evidence so we could rectify this for you but you had disposed of the item without giving us the chance to investigate the issue.
Sincere apologies that we have not provided the expected service but we have tried to be as clear as we could with regards to days off during Christmas and New Year.
Prompt delivery and very reasonable
Arrived amazingly quickly. Ordered a few days before Xmas and arrived within 24 hours. The process of uploading documents to verify I was over 18 was very quick and easy too.
Only one downside is that the box within the packaging was open and a couple of the canisters were rattling around in the packaging. All were fine though. The price also was very reasonable even with postage. Would definitely use again.
